DEFINITELY WILL NOT BOOK AGAINStayed on 17th floor…Wasted time waiting on the only one of 3 elevators that worked part of the time….or had to walk the stairs….When I ask the rental management about them and told them my husband had a heart condition It s a shame that they won’t get elevators fixed or replaced because it is a great location.

Beach 2024

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The dining and bar stools are in dire need of replacing. None of the 5 TVs were operational. We had to purchase a Roku of our own to view anything. We were assured numerous times it was being fixed to no avail. We were there 6 nights, left 1 night early.

Relaxing but tiresome

Condo was great, clean, big and balcony table was perfect for hanging out and eating at. Pool was pretty small but there is an indoor one as well, so that helped. There are no luggage carts on property and the security agent said there should at least be a wagon in the unit. There was no wagon, so it was pretty rough unloading our cars with groceries, luggage, beach chairs, etc. but overall the unit was great for our quick getaway with friends.

Great location, lovely condo. Management of building could be a little better

Location was fabulous, floors of room were pretty dirty. Even after we bought a swifter and mopped up we still had to wear shoes so as not to get our feet black, which says more about the Ocean Reef staff than the owner of the property. Only one tv worked, they sent someone to fix it but he didnt seem to know anymore about tv repair than I did. On arrival there was no parking and we had to wait a bit to park one of our cars, what they refered to add their over flow parking was full so the staff said our only option was to go find a place to pay and park. After 120 dollars for two and half days a spot opened in over flow and we were able to park. Over all the condo was very nice, great location, tons of space for whole family sand decorated very nice. I chalk the other factors up more to the Building operations and not the owners of the condo itself. Also we went during Memorial weekend so I'm sure that attributed to the parking

Nice condo with plenty of space in a convenient location

The condo was four bedrooms, the two main bedrooms were nice size, the front two rooms were small, but served it’s purpose. The living room, kitchen were nice, and the view from the large balcony was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with the standard kitchen supplies, and each bathroom had towels and wash cloths. We didn’t watch much tv, but the tv was a large screen. The condo furnishings were dated, but served our purpose as we weren’t in the condo for long periods of time. We were on the 17th floor and didn’t have issues with the elevator, but may have been due to the the times we came and went, condo association could spend some dollars on upgrading the elevator interiors though. We had one parking spot on the third level of the parking deck and for our car (Toyota RAV4) didn’t have any issues. The space was next to a wall, which meant you didn’t need to worry about someone hitting your car from that side, but also had to back out for people to get in. There was an overflow lot across the street and we had no issues parking the second car we had. The condo is right on the beach, so once you got off the elevator, it was quick access to get to the beach. We never used the indoor or outdoor pool, but they looked clean. The condo is located across the street from Hidden Lagoon mini golf and go cart track, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go have fun there. One draw back is you had to go to the other side of the beach to a location off of Thomas Drive to pick up/drop off your parking pass and arm bands for the condo. We are originally from the area so kind of knew where to go, but frustrating that these items weren’t available at the condo. Overall our stay was nice, the condo was plenty big for our party of 6, five adults and one teenager, the location was right on the beach, which made refreshing night walks on the beach easy. The host was very responsive to our emails when we had questions.

Girls trip

Me and my family have many memories of Panama City Beach. This trip and our stay at this condo adds another positive memory for me, my Mom, and a family friend. I selected this unit because of the positive reviews and we were not disappointed. The unit was well stocked and very clean. Being located on the West end of the building, the views were spectacular with amazing sunsets. In addition, Aneliya was very responsive to any questions or requests that I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome beach property

Great spot next to wonderful beaches. Roomy unit w/ four bedrooms and three BR. Kitchen reasonable though may need some stocking--we drove so had garbage bags, dishwasher pods, coffee filters--but a little light on those supplies. Great view and nice corner unit. Everything worked fine. Parking good though if you have a second vehicle, you may not find parking in the overflow lot (we got lucky, likely as it was July 4 weekend). Nice spot as pretty much walking distance to most things and short drive (though lots of traffic on the 'gut' in front of place). 2 miles to mall. The pick up spot is not at the place, which is minor issue. Overall it was fantastic and would be recommended to large groups.

Family vacation

Pros: view/great balcony, spacious, comfortable, appliances to include washer and dryer, location. Cons: needs some unit updates (bathrooms), couches in living room had tons of sand in them, several light bulbs need replacing, and had to go to another location for parking passes and wristbands.

Wonderful long weekend stay

Communication was excellent. All instructions were very clear. Property was exactly as advertised. 4 guys stayed for a baseball tournament that left us achy and tired most days, so we didn't use most of the amenities other than the balcony (and its fantastic breeze!), showers and beds. Thank you for the easy check-out procedure which made our exit simple, especially since we had to play the championship game that morning. I asked the other guys what they thought of the tournament and of the condo and the unanimous answer was they'd gladly go back to both!

Nice nice apartment but need better cleaning!

This was our second time in Panama beach. This apartment was nice and big but unfortunately not very clean. The floors were so dirty thar we couldn't stand walking on it, feet were getting back from the dirt. The property manager offered to send someone to clean but we woke up early in the morning and cleaned it. There were also 2 red couches in the living room and were also very dirty and stained. We were not able to use them at all. The balcony was large and had great views. The had someone build a very big wood table with chairs. Unfortunately it was too big, too heavy and not properly finished. It was very hard to seat on them and dangerous because of the raw unfinished construction wood with sharp edges and splinters. Overall the apartment is nice but needs more updates and more cleaning.

Family stay at beach

We enjoyed our stay. 4BR and 3 bath condo was large enough for us. Great view and location. Parking lot very tight for larger vehicles. Condo itself could have been cleaner.

Great stay

We love this location and have stayed in this complex before. This unit was very well decorated and besides needing more forks the amenities were above and beyond even with some chairs to take to the beach for personal use. We definitely recommend this condo and the owner.

Great location

Location is amazing and the property is very spacious. However, when we arrived one of the bathrooms was missing a toilet seat. I would think the cleaning service would catch that and let someone know prior to our arrival. There was also sand in the beds and floor upon our arrival which made us question the thoroughness of the cleaning service.

The condo had a really good view and had a good amount of space as well. There was sand on the floors when we arrived and I thought one of the rooms had two beds but it didn’t. There was no extra toilet paper and the washcloths weren’t the best quality. Balcony was safe but it was hard to lock as well as one of the rooms. The stools at the bar were very loose. The parking was really tight but overall it was really great

Friends Vacation

Group of 8 friends - all over the age of 50. We loved the location and the condo. Reported a few issues and they were taken care of within 24 hours. Wished the floors had been cleaner (ended up mopping them) and parking better. 8 adults need more than 1 parking pass. Overall - we were pleased.
