Karen was wonderful throughout our stay. Her condo was beautiful and the complex itself was great. Clean condo, beautiful view, wonderful soft sandy beach, beach chairs and a few shops and donut/pizza place to walk to nearby but still on the quieter end of the beach. We will definitely be retuning if we come back to PCB. Thank you!

This condo was just perfect for our beach vacation. The location was so convenient and the 3rd floor view was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Everything was so clean and cozy. We especially loved that our car was in the parking garage and it was so easy to get to our room. We will be back! Lovely condo owners who communicated every step of the way.

This was without a doubt the BEST VRBO experience we've ever had!Pros:Great location, Property is immaculate Unit was SPOTLESS, well appointed, beautifully decorated and has an amazing view. The hosts were super friendly, excellent at communication and johnny on the spot when we had a small issue. Unit has the most comfortable vacation bed Ive EVER slept in. Although it was just my husband and I this rental would be perfect for a family with younger children as it also has a very cool bunkbed. We found NO BUGS!!! Zero! We didnt see even one! There is plenty of available parking and 3 elevators.Cons:Pool is located across the street in the shadow of the building so if you like to lay by the pool listening to or watching the waves youre out of luck.Honestly 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

Amazing amazing amazing! The location, the views, the condo and our host Karen were all great. We loved the convenience of having chairs and umbrellas set up for us every morning just steps from the condo right on the beach. Don’t sleep on this one folks!

Condo was beautiful, right on the water with amazing balcony view of the Gulf. Literal steps from the clear Emerald Coast! We saw dolphins, crabs, and even a protected manatee swam by. Many shops, and restaurants located just steps away. The condo had everything we needed. Very Clean! Karen the owner was great! Hope to stay at this unit in the future.

Summer 2025 family vaction

Love this property. Karen was a wonderful host and made it very easy to access the condo and provided so many helpful tips about the area. The condo is very well kept and easy to get to. Probably the best unit in the buidling. What a view! Beach access was quick and simple. A little quiter on that end of PCB, but we liked that. Still plenty to do nearby with restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Well be back for sure. Thank you for having us!

Great stay

This was a great quiet getaway. One of the best up kept and up to date clean condos we’ve stayed at and we’ve stayed at a lot. Karen the owner was great. Communication with her was great and she made sure our stay was the best. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed

Excellent stay

Karen was amazing to work with! The condo is beautifully decorated and large TV’s. We didn’t cook much during our stay, but everything we needed was there including a coffee maker that uses pods (many condos we’ve stayed in don’t have this). Even though the condo is on the third floor, we were high enough to enjoy the scenery of the beautiful ocean. Two bathrooms and showers were amazing! I was extremely pleased with communication, cleanliness, and the location. We will definitely be back!

Perfect

This condo was perfect for my daughter and I. The owners have thought of everything from the sound machine in the bedroom to the amazing water pressure in the shower. The unit was exceptionally clean. Karen communicated very well. Elavators were fast. The Celadon is a very nice place. There's nothing I would change. Will definitely be booking with Karen again.

Perfect location on a quiet area of the beach away from all the hustle and bustle. Everything was exactly as described. The view from the balcony is amazing! Highly recommend.

Great Stay

We had a great time staying at Karen’s place. It was clean and beautiful. Being able to look out the living room with views of the ocean was very relaxing. Karen communicated well with us and with no issue. Would recommend this place 100%.
