This property is in one of the best locations we have ever stayed. It was great on the first floor being able to walk to the pool, Crabby Steve's and the ocean. The king bed mattress doesn't provide much back support which caused morning stiffness and should be replaced. Also, there were small ants that would show up in the kitchen whenever we got any food out. Other than those 2 items the condo was great!

Family vacation

Wonderful location - everything was just as shown in the listing. Pool was amazing and loved having close access to the beach. Blackout curtains in the master would have made the stay more enjoyable - as the sun came up early and the room was super bright.

Great location

This was the first time staying in Highpoint resort, 30A Location. Fantastic shopping great restaurants. However, it was a bit crowded for us, but what can you expect during summer. Condo is in a great location. Furniture needed to be updated. Especially the couch and the chairs. Beds were comfortable. If you are going with elderly family, please take note that the beach is, quite a ways away from the condo. We had to rent my mom a Mobility scooter. Overall, I would stay again, but not during the summer.

Great location

Perfect location, close to everything. Kids love Crabby Steve’s. Nice to be able to walk out sliding door to the pool. Only thing would be to add darker curtains or blinds to the master bedroom. The curtains were a little too see theough.😉

Great condo! Perfect first floor location!

Loved the location! Condo was clean. First floor is such a great location to everything! Right by the pool and entrance. Would suggest more plastic cups (everything is glass and no glass is allowed outside of the condo).

Great location

This was the best location! It’s right on the beach, steps from the pool, across the street from cute stores and restaurants, and it has everything you need within walking distance. The unit is an older unit, but we didn’t mind that. Check in/out was very easy. Overall we had a great time.

Needs serious updating/renovations

I'm sure at one time this property was super nice...but like >10 years ago. Everything was super dated and in need of renovation! TV had burned in images and was too small for living room; carpet was frayed and old; fixtures were old and corroded; master mattress was old, with sagging to enter and WAY too soft!; The property itself was in a great location with a great pool, but the renter of this unit should know that beach chairs/umbrella do NOT come with rental (as they do with many!) and will cost you an extra $60/day

Needs an update!

Great location and clean unit. We’ve stayed at High Pointe numerous times and love the proximity to everything. This unit needs to be updated. From the appliances to the furniture especially the rusty table and chairs out back. Upgrade the TVs as they are old and small. Overall, great place but needs an Update!

Great spot for young families!

We loved our stay here. Location was a 10/10, especially with very young kids. The pool was literal steps away and it was a short walk to the beach, and afterward we could pull the wagon right up to the patio instead of having to drag it through the entry and into the condo. It was so clean and spacious — hoping to stay again next year!

Labor Day weekend

We love High Pointe for Labor Day every year. Great location on the beach side and nice pool. Crabby Steve’s is always a hit too. We’ve stayed in several different units at HP and this specific one was great. My only complaint is that it doesn’t include 2 beach service chairs. Anytime we’ve ever stayed at a condo here before, they’ve been included so I just assumed this one would too. I did not realize this until our first day when we headed out to the beach to check in with the beach service employees. That was an unexpected extra expense but overall we did enjoy our stay. I just wish this info had been noted in the description.

Girls trip

We came down for a girls long weekend and had the best time. The location is great! We loved the opportunity to have the pool when the weather was cloudy and rain showers, but just a quick walk to the beach for the sunny days. And we loved having crabby Steve’s to grab a to go lunch and drinks while hanging out on the beach all day. We didn’t have to drive anywhere at night for dinner because the location is ideal for walking and being close to Rosemary and all it’s options, or a bit longer walk to Citizen wasn’t bad either, just maybe wear sensible shoes. We all agreed we will be back to High Pointe Resort!
