Great Vacation in PCB!

Great location and wonderful space

Great location and beautiful spacious interior with comfy beds and big kitchen. Only mild complaint was the pool only allows you to have beverages four feet from the pool. No food in the pool area must eat across the way in a “picnic” area with no seating or shade. Also no floats except for babies. If you’re not interested in going to the pool then it’s absolutely perfect and you won’t find anywhere better.

Fantastic Stay on the Beach

The condo was great. Very large and spacious. There were 9 of us but we never felt cramped at all. Plenty of seating areas, and bedrooms. nice corner deck too. We were not far from anything really. Everything was just a quick 5min,10min or 15min driver. The owner was very helpful too. The pool was never over crowded, and we really enjoyed that. Sometimes it was just us. The condo has everything you would need to cook so we did that quite a few times. Every bedroom has a TV so we could all go watch what we wanted when we needed a break from fun in the sun. All in All it was a wonderful experience staying at this condo. Till next time....... Thank you!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a great time over the Thanksgiving holiday. Very spacious and comfortable! Plenty of room for whole family to gather together with great views of the water. And with the three master bedrooms there is plenty of room to retreat and rest. Beach was beautiful and if the gulf water is too cold the pool was heated and hot tub was very hot! Easy walk to the beach and convenient location for food and fun.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We loved everything about our stay. The place is beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocked with all the necessities. We’ve stayed in many different units at Sterling Beach over the past 16 years and this is the nicest unit we’ve ever rented. Sterling Beach has always maintained the property well. It is meticulously cleaned and kept updated.

Multi family trip

We came down with 6 adults and 4 kids ages 12-16. We loved the condo! So beautiful and VERY clean! The beach was beautiful and not very busy at all! It was nice to be so close to the beach so we could all go back and forth throughout the day! We loved having the 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas included in the rental. It saved all of us the hassle of hauling more stuff down to the beach each day. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and evening. We absolutely loved the huge windows in the living area and beautiful beach view! We would definitely go back and stay here again!

Family vacation

We had the most amazing vacation. This unit is just as pictured. The location is close to shops and restaurants. The beach is not crowded at all. Our family had a fantastic time along with our friends family. We hope to come back in the near future.

Fabulous family trip!

Loved this condo, photos don't do it justice. Spacious, family friendly and perfect for 6 adults and 4 children. The location is perfect for families with small children. Lots of convenient restaurants and play places. The Owner was so easy to work with and quick to respond to a minor issue. We will be back!

Precious Family Memories

A beautiful condo with plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids under 4. We had 2 pack ‘n plays to set up and had plenty of room. However, if you do not appreciate HOA rules for the good of the group, this may not be the place for you. The HOA is VERY strict on pool rules (no drinks within 4 ft of the pool, no food at all, no music, etc) If you don’t mind HOA police, you will have a wonderful stay! We certainly did.

We loved being on the second floor and this condo is wonderful! Very spacious and beautifully furnished. The big windows offer a lovely view of the ocean, pool and palm trees. Definitely would and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful and Spacious

The condo was VERY spacious and very beautiful! We had a family of 9 and we were all comfortable. There are 3 master bedrooms and 2 have their own balcony (one shared with the main living space). The main master doesn’t have a balcony but the large floor to ceilings windows face the ocean, which was beautiful! The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together, if need be. Pros: The beach access was only one level down and super short walk. You can see the beach and the pool from the living room, it’s a really pretty view at night. Again the size of the condo fits large families comfortably. Kitchen has everything you may need. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. The owner Stephen was great too! He answered any questions and was available and retuned any calls/text in a timely manner. Cons: The balcony is on the end the unit and the palm trees and houses to the right kind of block the view BUT if you sit on the right side of the balcony you can see the wonder view and the feel a great breeze no matter what area you’re sitting at on the balcony! Pool area: you can not eat or drink at the pool. So if you have little ones, no snacks are permitted. However, you can leave the pool area and directly across is the common area for eating and grilling. Also, no floaties (accept the ones that attach to kids arms or some short of life vest) or kids toys in the pool. If they see you, HOA will have you remove them from the pool. We had a 2 yr old in a small floatie that she sits in and they made us remove it, luckily we had her a small life vest. Wrist bands: Keep your wrist bands on at all times in the pool area. Again, HOA walks around the pool looking to ensure you have them on. My pregnant sister in-law forgot hers and HOA said she couldn’t stay in the pool area without it. So my brother had to get out the pool and go upstairs to get her wristband, although the entire family had there’s on and we stated she was with us. Overall, the trip was great, the grounds were well kept and the condo was beautifully! Thank you to Stephen for allowing families to enjoy your beautiful home.

Awesome!

The property manager is very quick to respond to any questions and super helpful! The place is just flat out awesome. Spacious, quiet, and super clean! The property book is very informative, and straightforward. You can't get any closer to the beach! We tried out the pool and hot tub (as seen in the pictures) - the pool is heated. Security is super reasonable and has signage posted regarding any rules! I believe our only mishap was that we brought a trailer, but that was more of an unexpected failure on our part, and the security staff were very understanding. If you're trying to enjoy PCB in style - this is the place to start. It's in close proximity to a few bars - which have some killer oysters!

Great location! We always love this area! Very spacious and clean! Everyone had their own space and no one ever had to wait on a bathroom ( very important aspect)! Great views and very comfortable
