For the most part we enjoyed the condo. Very roomy and the view was amazing. If I had to rate the cleanliness it would be a 3 because we had to call housekeeping to come and clean the floors qnd showers our first day. The beds could use some extra padding or something to make the more comfy. But overall it was amazing stay.

For the most part this condo is great! View is fantastic. Bathrooms are dated and are in need of TLC. Couch in living room has seen better days. Complex itself also needs updating. Tiki bar was the bomb. Security around the pool they would rather sleep and play on phone then patrol. Husband has pictures

Great balcony with beautiful views

we stayed for seven days during July and had great weather. Ocean was clean free of seaweed for most of our days but the pool deck and pool were a great getaway on the days. The seaweed was too much. We will stay again.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Lay out of condo was nice. The unit itself is in need of updating. The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. Cabinets in the master bathroom are peeling. Some of the railings on the balcony were a little loose. The floor needs a good cleaning. Our feet were dirty the first day from walking on the floor. The balcony could use a scrubbing. Nice unit but needs some attention and updating.

The check in process was easy, the location was great, the room was beautiful with amazing views and the weather was perfect. However, the room was not the cleanest, the cookware was peeling, the patio table was filthy and all the chairs in bad shape with one completely broken. The hide a bed was sagging in the middle and very uncomfortable to sit on, but the worst was the beds, very hard and creaky and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this room to friends.

Great vacation

The previous reviews had me a little nervous, but once we got there it was great. The beds did squeek but werent uncomfortable. Washer and dryer worked fine. Would definitely stay again.

I don’t think the owner knows or cares about his property. Location is good but the property is not really. Mold spots by one of the bathrooms, the front door was not really closing , tv didn’t work but the worst were the mattress. All 3 of them really really bad, uncomfortable to be on because of the spring noises. Overall we had fun because of the beach but we’re not going again in this condo.

The condo was spacious and had the best views!!! But it needs a good deep clean and the box springs or mattresses (not sure which it was) on all the beds need replacing. The slightest movement on all the beds had the most annoying noises. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!!

The place was super nice and spacious, the communication and check in prior was easy. There were some sheets that weren’t the cleanest. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach. Overall, would stay there again and very pleased with our stay.

Great Condo on the Beach

Property was clean and beautiful and location is excellent. The only downside is the mattresses on the beds - Truly in need of replacement. Otherwise, everything else is near perfection! Enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!

Amazing view

Pros: the wrap around balcony provides amazing views of the beach and lagoon side. The unit has a lot of room for a large family. Cons: the unit wasn't up to par in cleanliness when we arrived and we actually spent some time sweeping/moping the floor ourselves which isn't something you desire when arriving at your destination. The beds in the unit create a loud cracking sound when you get in and out of the beds. Water dispenser from the fridge didn't work

Beautiful view of the ocean!!

Was a wonderful view from the balcony the condo could use some updating on the showers and the floors and coffee tables where not as clean as I wound like but it was a wonderful stay and the manager was fast to get the one issue we had fixed .

Loved everything about the place except for the cleaning fees I pay to get a semi clean place…the previous guests pop can ash trays were still on the balcony and the floors were quiet dirty other than that the place was TERRIFIC!!!
