One of the great advantages of Long Beach Resort is its convenient parking. Guests can park near Tower 1, making loading and unloading easy. Being on the third floor also provides convenient access to the condo, with the option of taking the elevator or walking up just three flights of stairs.

🔑 MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

Long Beach Resort Association rules require the responsible renter to be 25 years of age or older unless staying with a parent or guardian who remains in the condo throughout the entire rental period.

Reservations obtained under false pretenses may result in forfeiture of payment and denial of check-in or removal from the property.
