The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The balcony has breath taking views. The room was mostly clean, not as clean as years before (this is the 3rd year in a row for staying here.) The condo is perfect for 5-8 people with a wonderful kitchen area, washer/dryer, coffee maker, fridge/freezer. My kids loved the pool and the spa area. The outdoor grill is a very nice feature as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Condo was everything the picture shown. Only thing i would tll the owners is the master bedroom dresser liked like it had either dust that would not come off or old mold on the right side second drawer down. We other than that we loved the place.

Don't stay

When we first got to the condo the gate code that was given was wrong. We called the management company the man I spoke to said he didn't know the code but he would call us back with a new code. We never got a call back that was at 12am. Then when we got inside the condo it wasn't clean mold in the shower, floors hadn't been mopped and the sheets on the bed had hair all over them it was disgusting.

Fantastic Balcony

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The best part for me was the extra large balcony. Nobody can see into it and it’s on the 20th floor so you can see for miles in each direction. It was also great that the kids had their own bathroom and shower!

Spring break vacation

Stunning views. Convenient location-close to restaurants and evening activities. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Polite and friendly people on the phone. Could change some old furniture. A few dusty spots and the floor could be cleaner. Overall very nice vacation and we definitely will visit again.

TV service

Had trouble as we had no signal except 1 station. Finally fixed after 3 days. No internet set up , so no streaming was possible, even from our home accounts and only a few stations available. Remote controls were all different, as tv sets were and all set up wrong. Service guy had to install a modem for second bedroom as there were just wires hanging from set.

Great place to stay.

We had a great time. The condo is a little far from most evening restaurants, but easily accessible with a short drive. Our room was wonderful with an awesome view. There is spotty phone service, but was able to connect to WiFi. Our kiddos enjoyed a short walk to the beach or pool each day. We would stay here again.

Beyond my expectations!

The place is genuinely great from the not so crowded beach to the condo itself. Whoever thought to put two full beds instead of a queen is a genius!! Definitely will look into staying here again.

We love the location of this condo as it is close to tons of great restaurants and Walmart. Any issues we had were resolved quickly after reaching out to management. The condo was slightly outdated, some of the furniture could do with replacing. Patio was very spacious and the view was spectacular! We really enjoyed the grill area by the pool. We loved having a smaller condo complex to stay in, not busy and security of codes to keep it private.

Beautiful Beach

There were many things that needed replacing. The balcony furniture, some pans, cutting boards. There were no pot holders, a mop- the floors needed a deep clean, vegetable peeler. The couches needed to be cleaned. Not well stocked for cooking. Had some missing light bulbs. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice.

Disappointed

I was planning to enjoy my time away with family, but was disappointed. The rooms are outdated, the furniture, lamps, dressers, and patio furniture are all old and should be thrown away. The pots and pans were filthy. The refrigerator was not thoroughly cleaned. I had to clean some areas, before I felt somewhat comfortable. The master bed is pretty much on the floor. The Wi-fi was awful. The TV's are flat screen, but older and needs updating. I had to work as well, so I'm glad I had my hot spot. The ocean view is beautiful and the washer and dryer is nice. When you are providing a place for guest to lay their head and spend precious moments, and their money you should take pride in your place/ business, or dont rent it. It appears that improving the place is not a priority. I won't ever go back. I have visited some really nice places in Panama city, so maybe I'm just used to feeling like I'm home, away from home In a nice clean comfortable place. Never again!!
