Excellent VRBO Stay

This was our first time staying at a VRBO but we had stayed in timeshares many times. This was a top-notch condo and the owners provided much more than we expected including K-cup coffee and laundry soap. The view of the Gulf was beautiful.

Great stay!

The property was clean, comfortable and accurate to the listing. Communication with the property owners was clear and they provide a helpful binder of information in the condo. Beds are comfortable, view was great and location was close to everything. We definitely recommend!

Amazing!

The apartment is clean and tidy with comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen have everything you need. Also a lot of things for the beach. And of course the AMAZING view from the window.

This property did not disappoint! I had never booked through VRBO and was a little nervous about it but the property owners were great! Very responsive to any questions and the condo was just as pictured. Super clean, fun times and we will definitely be back!!

Home Away From Home

We have returned every year we can. It is always a pleasure to stay here. Dana and and Vicki go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable in every way. The condo is equipped with everything you need to start you out and more. The balcony has an excellent view of the gulf and the fabulous sunrise and sunset. You couldn’t ask for a better contact person than Dona, the property manager. She is truly exceptional and always there when you need her. We will be staying again.

Beautiful condo-better than pictures!

Beautiful in every aspect-decorations are so homey. The unit was spotless-cleaned to perfection. King bed is SO comfortable. Love new living room furniture and carpet throughout. The views from condo are breathtaking! We will definitely rent this unit again!!

Great condo!

We loved our stay at PCB in this condo and would definitely stay here again in the future. This condo was so very well equipped with little extras that go above anywhere we've stayed in the past. Owners were very communicative. When we first arrived and found that they were re-doing the beach in front of the condo and also resurfacing the pool and hot tubs (of which the owners had no knowledge of), they offered to refund all our money so that we could find somewhere else to stay if we wanted but the condo was so cozy we decided to stay, it was too cold out to be in the water anyway!! Thank you Dona!

Great home base

We had 3 kids and 3 adults staying for IRONMAN Florida for 5 days. This provided beach access, access to entertainment and food and the race. Had all we needed. Only minor issues with the tacks sticking through the carpet poking feet, bathroom pocket doors would not lock and they happened to be painting hallways while we were there.

Such an amazing stay!

This was an amazing place!! We were excited to come down and we got to check in a day early! The property manager was great and so helpful! If I could give 10 stars I would! Saw so many dolphins and sea turtles was amazing!!! We all were in love ❤️❤️❤️
