We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. When we opened the door when we arrived I could smell cleaning products. It was very clean. We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the New Year Fireworks while relaxing on the balcony. We will most definitely be back for another stay. We had great communication with the host. We didn’t have ANY problems that needed addressing. Wonderful stay !!!

Clean, spacious, well appointed, nicely decorated. Condo needs hooks in all bathrooms, near front door and in bunk room. our broom had no handle at all. need more kitchen towels and bath towels. Would definitely stay again. great floor plan, very comfortable.

The condo was great much bigger than the photos show. It was nice having the included chairs. This is very close to pier park. With in waking distance. It is also beside the restaurant Shuckum's which was amazing and has a family friendly karaoke night. The pools were great and cleaned daily. The only real negative was on check in and check out days it takes a while to get an elevator but that is normal everywhere.

Overall everything was nice. The master bathroom toilet seat needs replacing. It is VERY old and dis-colored and the cushions on the porch need replacing. The lounger cushion is dirty and the other cushions are too small for the chairs, but for the most part it was very nice, clean and spacious.

Very nice but wasn't clean

Beautiful place However the floors were horrible. So much that after you step out of the shower, your feet turn black. The lock is missing from the front door. There is dust and trash behind the dressers, bed and tables. We found a clip and bullets in the dressers. There were given to the manager on duty. There is what looks like blood spear on the ceiling in the living room.-if you want pics I can send them. The door code didn't work but we called in and she reset it. The gate code didn't work once it turned to may, even the may code didn't work. We found someone that worked there and their May code was different and so we used it. Amazing place, just not clean.

Filthy floors

The property was a great space for our family lots of room. I had reported a few things: light over stove out, refrigerator light out, mold in the master bath shower and all the floors were filthy. We checked in Saturday 11/23 and I reported the lights and the mold Sunday morning and the lights were addressed by maintenance. The refrigerator light could not be fixed as it needed a a part to be ordered. Monday heard nothing about cleaning the mold. At this point we are realizing we have filthy feet from walking around the condo. I reported that and did not hear from any until 2 days later and only 2 days left until we check out. This was the first property I rented managed by a company. I will not do that again. Renting owners and high super hosts I have not had an issue with cleanthinesss with rentals companies.

Great place to stay, right on the water!

The condo was as described, clean, in a great location! Walking distance to some great places to eat, shop, or have a drink! Only bad thing I have is that the kitchen is not stocked well at all compared to other VRBOs I have stayed. Only had 5 forks and only 1 smaller pot for cooking The washer also need some attention, the ring needs cleaned and left open to dry out, it absolutely smells terrible! Other than that it was great! We definitely will check out Aqua for future stays!!

Don’t Stay Here

I have stayed in condos in Panama City Beach every year for the last ten year and this is the only one I cannot recommend. First of all, the air conditioning didn’t work the whole time we were there. It was so hot my brother had to sleep in his car one night. None of the bathtubs drain well, so you end your shower standing ankle deep in water. The condo felt like it hadn’t been cleaned well. One of the bathrooms had mold that I was able to wipe off with a paper towel. There are a lot of great places to stay in Panama City Beach. Skip this one and keep looking. You’ll be glad you did.

Mom’s Bday Trip

So this is the first time I’ve ever left anything less than a 4-5 star. First of all, the layout of the condo was great. It looked the same as it was advertised. However, when I walked in the condo I noticed several things right away. It was a little warm and the towels/wash cloths were placed on the back of the toilet. The towels were not folded properly either, which wasn’t a huge deal but it made me wonder why. I soon noticed the floors were not cleaned right when I walked across them barefoot. Not only could I feel the grime on the floors but my feet were black by the time I put my socks back on. That night we went to bed and noticed our bedsheets did not smell very good. Not fresh! Needless to say we washed them. The next day we could really tell our AC was not working. We called the maintenance crew and they answered right away. We left for dinner and when we came back that night, we could tell they had been there. However, they didn’t fix the air and no one communicated anything to us. We turned on the fans and just dealt with it. Not spending my vacation dealing with maintenance. The shower did not drain right in the master bathroom so you stood in a puddle of water while showering. Not a great experience but not bad enough to give it less than 3 stars.i really feel like this place would have been good but their cleaning/maintenance service needs to be changed.

Not the stay we were expecting

We did not have the most favorable experience due to some factors. After booking we received an email stating there would be some building work that may affect the parking garage and pool area but we did not expect them to close down our balcony without notice. After days of loud construction ( we could hear over having our TV on) we woke up one morning not being able to use our balcony. This was never communicated ahead of time and never mentioned in our initial email we received. We also woke up one morning and our heat also didn't work due to the construction. We also noticed that some mattress sheets and pillows were stained and didn't feel clean. We found finger nails under pillows. Overall we were just disappointed at the lack of transparency. After messaging Warren Beach Rentals (after a few unanswered calls) they provided us with an option to switch to another condo in another building which we took. We originally picked Aqua for the location but we felt like we didn't really have a choice, with a toddler we could not stay with the noise. The condo in Ocean Reef was nicer and seemed cleaner. We did however have to clean out the dryer vent as it was caked with lint and took forever to dry anything. Overall the original Aqua condo should have NEVER been rented out in the first place. It seemed a bit shady to send the construction email after we had already paid and the lack of effort to make it right really left us disappointed.

Great location, beautiful view and comfortable

Great location and in walking distance to all the shops and necessities!! I will say that the additional bunk bed room has no privacy and is right by the front door. It only has a sliding door between it and the kitchen and no other. Not a deal breaker and i assumed this when we booked it. The property manager was very responsive and the staff were all so polite and welcoming. This unit also was decorated very nice and had a lot of pillows, which took up closet space , but some may not care and we made it work .😀 The only thing that would've been better, the floor was not kind to our socks. We also had the manager ask to show the unit since it is for sale, during our stay , which was not ideal with a full occupancy, but they were gracious and in and out. Only problem another agent came by unannounced, and the office manager And agent came to an uderstanding to come by after we checked out. Overall this is a great place for so many reasons and we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again 😊

Decent

The elevators did not work 8 out of 10 times, which sucks when your condo is on the 14th floor. The neighbors next to us smoked weed the entire time; it made our entire condo smell awful which is bad when you have kids. The condo was not very clean, our feet were literally black from walking on the floor as if it had never been mopped.

Condo dirty

The condo is beautiful, but was dirty. Spent first two hours cleaning. Floors mostly and the balcony. Couch was broken down very uncomfortable.
