This was a great condo and would stay again. There was just a delay in communication response times and the door code not working upon arrival that prevented it from getting a 5 star this time around.

This was my first stay in Panama city beach. The condo was a great pick. All the pictures and reviews were on point. They have everything avaliable to cook a nice meal if you decide you want to eat in, of course besides the food. The condo was very clean. Looks like they updated some furniture that is different from the pictures, which was a good thing. Will definitely stay again in the future.

We have a great trip. The condo was so nice we just wanted to move there. Only problem was the refrigerator did not work and the elevators didn’t work good and were tore up so long waits. Book It did bring us a huge cooler full of ice and replenishments daily.

Great Place

This condo is great. It's a great location on the strip and easy access. Here are some things you'll need to know. When you arrive go to the 3rd level in the parking lot. It has a load and unload lane with luggage carts. It makes life a lot easier and something we wish we would've known from the beginning. The condo is super closer to the elevators. The resort is currently going through a renovation so only 2 of the 4 worked which lead to long wait times unless you went to the opposite side to use those elevators. Once the renovation is done it will make this condo even better. It has a beautiful view, it was clean, and well stocked. The only thing we were missing from home was an air fryer. Otherwise had everything that we needed. The rental property company is very communicative but be aware that if there is high travel in/out dates that you might not get into your condo until 6PM. We were lucky and that did not happen to us. But we had to sign a contract that had it on there. The gym was well equipped with some free weights, treadmills, and mats. It gets hot in there but they provide towels and cleaning wipes.

This Emerald Beach condo was perfect. It's in a great location, and is very, very clean. The owner is great to work with and is easily accessible via phone or email. I would recommend this condo to any family or group that wants to enjoy a relaxing, beautiful vacation!

This property was excellent. Enjoyed the stay very much. We will most likely come back to this condo in years to come. Very comfortable and homey! Loved every minute of our stay!! Great, clean and convenient, FANTASTIC OWNER

This condo is the best. Super clean!! So much to do on the beach out front of the condo, jet skiing, banana boat, parasailing. The pools are very nice and clean. The owner, Larry, was the best ever. He made our stay so easy for us. We didn’t have a single issue with checking in or checking out. Larry is prompt with any questions you may have. We hope to visit again soon!! Big thanks to Larry most of all!

Spring Break Getaway

My friend and I rented this condo along with six children ranging in age from 6 - 16. This condo suited our group well. The amenities were just what we were looking for in a rental. The beachside pool and access to the beach were very convenient and well maintained. There are two pools to help with spreading out and evening use. We were only a couple miles from Pier Park with many shopping options. Larry was great to work with and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely keep this condo on our list for future trips!

Wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom condo. Resort has 3 pools (2 heated) and skybridge to Snack Bar, Starbucks, and Game Room. One mile to Pier Park and convenient to many restaurants and other activities. Property Owner was great to work with and provides all info needed for a trouble free stay!
