Family Vacay

Condo was perfect for our families needs! We will definitely stay here again. Parking on the same floor as room is a huge benefit when arriving and departing with luggage!!!!!

Hosts provided all information needed & made sure to let us know they were available if needed. Property was very clean with amazing views! Balcony furniture was very comfy also - loved watching the sunrise with my morning coffee each day! Each bedroom had their own bathroom which was super nice as well. We had a great experience & hope to be back one day!!

Wonderful Vacation

Loved this condo! Perfect parking for the room location, although the parking garage itself isn’t the greatest, elevators were terrible but that isn’t the condo owners fault. Everything was well stocked and clean. The only thing I ended up needing that I didn’t bring or find was a pair of scissors! Would book here again!!

July 4th Week - Family of 3

The condo was perfect size and space for the 3 of us. The view was perfect. The checkin process was a breeze and the reserved parking spot was very convenient. The parking garage was my only issue all week. I don’t suggest leaving often and when you do, go early. I loved having a broom and vacuum available. This came in handy having tile floors on the beach. Communication with Christine was painless and on time. I felt I was very prepared from reading all previous reviews in regard to parking and the elevators. For it to be a holiday week, there may have been a couple of times where the wait time for elevators exceeded 10 minutes. Otherwise, it went pretty quick and painless. Timing is the key. The pictures are very accurate, with the exception of the bunk room. Pictured is a bunk bed, but actually the top bunk has been removed, therefore only leaving the bottom. This was not an issue for me since it was just my daughter, but for anyone with multiple children, this is not an option. The location of the condo to area attractions was very convenient, too. This was not our first time to PCB so we were pretty familiar with the area. Be mindful of traffic during the holidays and bring patience. One night it took 2 hours to drive a normal 20 minute route. Our trip had a total of 3 families (13 people, 3 condos). I highly suggest with a large crowd, if going out to eat, make prior reservations. Pineapple Willie’s had great food! The pool cafe food didn’t disappoint either. 😁

Best Beach vacation ever!!

The unit was very clean. There is a beautiful view of the ocean that you can enjoy day/night on the balcony. We were so sad when the time came to leave. When we did leave my oldest son (15) realized he left his Apple air pods in the bed of the spare room. I contacted Christine and she communicated with the cleaners and she was able to ship them back to us. I find comfort in knowing these people and their cleaners are honest trustworthy people. The only negative is the elevators. This is no fault of Christine’s, it’s a problem within the building as a whole. 1600 rooms and 6 elevators (that’s all I found) just isn’t enough. We got pretty used to taking the stairs down and only needing a ride up (I’m not walking up 10 flights lol). The parking on yhe 10th floor of the garage was much appreciated, other guests were really struggling having to park on one floor and then carry luggage/food to a different floor (meaning more time waiting for the elevator), so that’s a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend this place because the pros definitely out weigh the cons. Ohhhh and you are RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO PINEAPPLE WILLY’s (get the refill bottle early in your stay and walk over for a $9 daiquiri refill.

Shores of Panama 10th Floor May 2022

The view was spectacular and better than pictured. The balcony furniture was comfortable. The condo was clean and the decor was nice. We had 2 adults and 4 teenage boys. The main bedroom/bath was spacious & the bed was comfortable. The bunk area slept 3 boys comfortably and one stayed in the living area. It was a little tight in the bunk area for all of their bags. The bathroom that connected to the bunk area is where the washer/dryer are located. The condo was spacious. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen area had what was needed. (The frying pans need updating). Everything worked great and looked great. The furniture was comfortable. Elevators were fine until Friday before a major holiday. Pool bar and pool restaraunt appeared to be mostly closed until Friday but maybe it was because of the weather or staffing. We brought plenty of food and drinks so I only mention it in case you intend to have any dependency on that. The lobby area had snacks etc. There are plenty of grocery stores in the area. We also brought extra detergents, cleaning supplies and paper products. The parking was on the 10th floor and that made loading/unloading and leaving the condo to explore very easy! We had to bring an extra vehicle. We were able to bring it in to unload. We then parked in "yellow marked" guest parking that did not have a room number on it. Once we were in there, we were not able to go in and out with it. We knew this before we came and thought we were going to have to park it in an outside overflow (daily charge) but we were able to park it on the 10th floor and leave it, which was great. If you plan to use your extra vehicle then you need to park it outside of the parking deck in overflow areas. They check for a pass every entry (good for security). A room designated parking space pass is included. The grounds of the resort were clean and well kept. While it is labeled a resort, do not expect attentive staff service or pool side service etc. but they are helpful if you have questions. We did not experience any problems and if we had a question the owner was responsive. There were times that the other guests were noisy and loud with music on their balconies past the quiet times but this was to be expected during the first holiday of summer. Our teenagers thought it was great. Pineapple Willy's is walking distance and beach area was busy but beautiful. It rained the first 2 days but we prepared for that and had plenty to do. Thank you!

Beautiful condo

We stayed here for a week and it was a great place to stay. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and the view from the balcony was beautiful! Check in and out was very convenient. It was also very easy to get in touch with the property manager regarding any questions. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would 100% stay there again.

One of the BEST!

I’ve been to PCB numerous times but the stays have never compared to this condo. The views were perfect, the location was perfect and the condo itself was perfect. It was very clean, it matched with the pictures and the price was reasonable. My guest enjoyed our stay here as well. We’ll definitely return!

Spring Break 2021 April 3-10

The unit itself was very clean and had an amazing view. We were able to walk to shops and venues we wanted to visit. Walking was the best option as traffic and the parking garage made that decision an easy one as it was very busy while we were there. The pool area and beach were amazing and very clean. The wristband policy was also used effectively. Overall we would recommend the condo but be aware of how crazy and busy it can be if you are planning a trip for spring break Pros - View Same level parking check in process Pool area Owner response time Cons Elevators (Spring Break has to be factored in) Public Beach access next to resort by Pineapple Willys(Once again Spring Break impact caused several people setting up in front of us). Local Police did a great job of monitoring larger groups and moved them along if necessary
