The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great except elevators

Wonderful unit. Owner very helpful with information. But the 4 elevators are not enough. And one was down and from listening to others it has been down awhile.When you leave your room, you must plan on leaving about 25 minutes early to make sure you catch an elevator. And during check in check out time, every elevator for 30 minutes is full. Even when on the bottom floor, those walking across the skyway from parking catch the down elevator, so even on floor one it is difficult to get in.As wonderful as this is, the elevator situation would make me hesitate to stay here again. If you can walk the stairs, this would be great, as it is only on the 5th floor.

Convenient location.

It was ok but being close to elevator, you could hear it going up and down. Dead batteries in bedroom remotes. Could not watch tv in bed but the tv in living area was working fine. A little musty smelling inside but it is on the beach. Overall it was ok but would probably not stay there again.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Condo was fantastic. Exactly as listed. Beautiful beach views. Resort amenities were great. Plenty of places to eat / drink within walking distance. Host stayed in contact with us to ensure we had a perfect stay. Only drawback is the long walk from the loading / parking area (across the street). Even with that we will definitely consider staying again.

Just a few upgrades needed

Our room was great. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this particular room. However a few upgrades are needed. The blinds in the bedroom are broken and it makes it hard to sleep-in with the sun beaming in very early. The bulbs over bathroom sink are so dim it is hard to put make up on.

Vacation life properties

The condo was not cleaned properly before our visit. We had to sweep and mop the floors, wash the dishes and the silverware tray. I had to buy batteries for the remote. Makes for a disappointing start to a vacation.

Our stay

The condo was not clean, the mattress horrible, made noise everytime you would move. The whole condo needs to be redone with new furniture, a lot of broken things. Also owner did not answer any of our messages. Definitely will not be coming back to this place.

Nice condo

For two people it was perfect. Their is a Walmart a block away. The beach is very crowded but we were their at peak season. Elevators did take time but thats why we booked 5th floor in case we needed to take stairs and parking is a bit of a walk. We made two trips to St Andrews State Park to get away from the crowded. Its 15 minutes and rate the 2nd best beach in Florida.

Don’t ruin your vacation by staying in this dump

Nightmare from day 1. Place is filthy, floors were black with dirt I have many photos. Mold in shower, blown out lightbulbs. We arrived late, no parking pass on the unit which we paid for, no blankets. Contacted management right away. Nothing that night. My son had to sleep without a blanket. We had to get a blanket from the HOA because They felt bad. Next day still no parking pass. We went To breakfast and were not allowed back in the garage because we didn’t have a parking pass that we already paid for. Contacted manager and was text back saying sorry we are out of parking passes. WHAT! After not being able To get on the garage for 1hr I had to go to the HOA office and buy another pass. UNACCEPTABLE! I would suggest sleeping on the dirty floor because you will sleep better than on that nasty bed. Got zero sleep all 6 nights. All the bed is good for is a bon fire. Please do not stay in this dump!

Pros and Cons

Majestic located near most popular places to visit. The condo was located in front of the elevators which we heard all night long going up and down. Shower curtian had mold on it. You can feel the springs in the mattress which was very uncomfortable and the bed squeaked so loudly every time you moved. Both bathroom doors squeaked loudly as well. Kitchen was nice and sitting area as well. Washer and Dryer worked well and enjoyed the balcony.
