Amazing Time with great amenities

This was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunks and we enjoyed the master bed. The kitchen had a lot of tools and we enjoyed the k cups coffee maker. Great washer and dryer.

Perfect Small Family Condo!

The location was perfect, with it being right across the street from a Walmart. In addition, the property itself was extremely clean and felt newly renovated. We had no issues checking in. The only confusion was I was sent a few different codes for the door, but quickly figured out which one it was without any real hassle. The only issue I had on the entire trip was that I didn’t realize I needed to print out a parking pass. I would recommend doing that first thing when you get there. I had already paid, but you have to place the paper in your windshield or else they will tow you. The condo includes two beach chairs and an umbrella. If you get there every day at 8am, you’re able to reserve your spot. The guys setting up the umbrellas and jet skis are super helpful and very nice. Shout out to Joe!We’ve already talked about returning!

Perfect little staycation

Perfect for our family of 3! The property was clean and management made the stay super easy! Our adult son did say that the bunk room beds are a little too firm for his liking, but I am sure little kids would not care!

Nice building

The room was nice. Everything was in working order. We had problems once we got to the property with the code for the garage. The code we were given didn’t work and we couldn’t get ahold of the property manager. Someone finally let us in from another unit with their code. When we finally got a call back, they gave us a new code which also didn’t work. Another call and wait for a call back again was unsuccessful. We continued to use the code from a kind neighbor for the garage. The room code worked just fine but the same thing happened with access to the beach. The code we were given didn’t work. We also had to use another’s code. Except for that issue and not being able to get ahold of management, the stay was nice. We love the Aqua building. I would suggest maybe another management company though.

Bad reviews, I should have listened

The unit had weeks worth of bad reviews prior to my stay. I received an email stating there was construction on the property so I called in advance to clarify. I was assured the unit was in great shape and there was NO construction. The property in fact DID have construction and the issues with the property were plenty. I attempted to contact the renting agency but after numerous text messages and calls I have still been unable to speak to “Katie” the manager. I requested a partial refund specifically, one night stay and half the cleaning fee but was denied my request without even speaking to the manager. Apparently the person above the manager is the owner of vacation life properties and no one is allowed their contact information. The issues included but were not limited to: no working interior lock on the front door, mold and water stained ceilings, filthy floors, poorly stocked kitchen, outlets that didn’t work, moldy washer, light bulbs burned out, towels that looked like they were used to dry cars, a dresser with every drawer broken, and no luggage rack. On our second day, the property codes changed and we were locked out of the pool, parking garage and beach access and I had to contact our agency for new codes. Ultimately, we got a lot of apologies from a customer service rep but there was little she could do. There was a lock installed, improved towels and a box of lightbulbs we didn’t find until check out. Not enough compensation for time lost on our vacation!

Living in filth

We were horrified at the filth and mold throughout this unit. The upholstered furniture was stained and dirty. We purchased plastic to cover the bed and we had our own bed linen and towels. We were very uncomfortable during our entire stay and we stayed outside a much as possible. We had our own pots, pans and utensils -- thank goodness because the items in the unit were not clean. We ended up not doing any cooking because the kitchen was filthy. My husband did go out to purchase some cleaning supplies so that I could at least have a little degree of comfort -- my anxiety level was at an all-time high. We cleaned the balcony furniture and spent most of our time, when we were at the unit, on the balcony. When we did sit in the unit, we only sat on the kitchen chairs (after we cleaned them, as well). After all the cleaning my husband did, we should either be given a full refund without hesitation. We have photos and will share them on the internet after we get a response from you. Unit 1010 was a nightmare.

Air show

We came over for a long weekend during the Panama City Beach Air show. The location of the condo was perfect! We could watch from the beach, pool, and the unit itself! The unit was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed for the quick getaway.

Outstanding view

Construction and painting was happening on half of the building so the area near the pool was covered up to keep pool area clean was unusable. Also had the refrigerator fail lost food. Otherwise had very nice time stayed a month great view lots to do!

Front door would NOT lock. No heat the first 7 days--finally a furnace man came and fixed the furnace. Several outlets not working. No ice cream or can opener. Which we bought and left there. Only one kitchen towel and kitchen wash rag for an entire month. Had a UPS package stole from outside our door. Remodeling going on in side condo--sawing, drilling, hammering, etc.

Great location, very nice property

This was a perfect place for us to stay for our fall break trip. The condo was clean and check-in was very easy. The kids loved the bunk beds. That bedroom is closest to the busy street though so traffic is a little loud. I think this is probably the same at all properties though because that main strip is just loud. A lot of cruisers! My kids just used ear plugs and all was well. We would definitely stay here again. Easy walking distance to the pier and Pier Park. We spent many nights watching people fish off the pier, while eating ice cream from Kilwin’s.
