Well, we were greeted by a bald eagle within one minute of our arrival. Nice start!! The cottage is well equipped and very clean. The backyard is wonderful, with a variety of flowers, and the Stony Clove Creek. Nice to relax by the fire pit with sound of the steam rushing by. Veronica’s communication was top notch. Highly recommend this property for your Catskills getaway. There are a number of fine eating establishments nearby.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was by far one of the best units that we have stayed in - and we've been visiting PCB for about 20 years. The unit was clean, well organized and comfortable. It was also well stocked for the "little items" that we needed - something I have never seen in a vacation unit before. Thoroughly loved our visit and this unit. Will definitely book next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wasn't very well stocked with silverware 6 forks, 5 cups and not enough blankets and only 7 hangers! very displeased! Beach service needs to not allow tents in front of chairs, didn't inforce the sign that was posted! Could not even see family while they were in ocean!! beach chairs were stacked so close together that there wasn't enough space to walk thru to set down!!!

Nice place-NO HELP FROM Aronov

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fortunately we were only on the fifth floor, out of the five elevators one only goes to the third-floor, the other four go to all 21 floors. All spring long they’ve only had two elevators working for the majority of the time. I called Aronov and they refused to compensate ANYONE!!! Again very nice place but I won’t stay here again, which is what I heard from A LOT of vacationers on our stay due to Aronov playing text and email games about elevator issues that have been going on all year. There was a constant wait and line of people for the “sufficient” as Aronov called it, amount of elevators for all guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first impression of the condo is that is was clean with soothing decor. The washer / dryer in the unit was great! Communication with the rental office was excellent. It was a very easy interaction. I loved that the door had an electronic code. It was nice with multiple family members staying at the resort that no one was locked out without a key. Had to wait for elevators at peak times. Close to Pier Park and many restaurants. Traffic was very heavy during spring break which made it difficult to drive in the evening.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had stayed at Aqua about 3 times before and never was disappointed. This time was no exception. I prearranged reservations at another establishment were far from ok, so I called Aqua and was able to book at least 3 nights instead of the 4 we had planned on. Unfortunately, they were booked up on the last night. Robin at the front desk was so very helpful as well as a gentleman, but I didn’t get his name. Unit was clean and updated just as I expected. Never been disappointed with Aqua.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem with the stay is the street noise. Traffic had increased and so with the club car rentals blaring music until 1 in the morning. There seemed to be many vehicles trying to see whose car/truck was the loudest also. The Aqua is great though. Just stay above 5 or 6 floor and you probably won't hear a thing. and to be fair it may just have been the time we were there. (Im sure all the other condo's have the same issue also)

Balcony chairs are worn and pillows have holes and carpet is worn and dirty. Overall though beautiful room and place. Would be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 504 was very nice, clean and decorated beautifully. The only thing I would change is the size of the TV in the Living Room. It is small and all the way across the room from the couch and sitting area. We had difficulty seeing it clearly. Wouldn't have been a problem if the weather was nice, but we spent a lot of time in the condo with our grandson because we couldn't go in the ocean because of Rip Currents were too bad. We stayed for 5 days and only 1 day was nice enough to get in the ocean.
