The house is amazing. The views are terrific. The screened in porch was the favorite hangout for everyone. It is in a secluded area so it is a drive to get to anything so be prepared for that, but the house had everything we needed.The only problem we had was not being able to run the A/C as low as we would have liked. No lower than 70 but we are very hot nature so it would probably be fine for most people.

Nunn Mothers Day Celebration

We really enjoyed our stay, we have stayed here before and love the property, especially the screened in porch and proxcimity to the ocean. The unit is well maintained and has all aminities thay we need. We will definately stay here again.

What a wonderful place! Had everything we needed for our group of eight. Plenty of furniture, dishes, etc. Great view of the Gulf from the screened porch. We are already thinking about our trip back next year.Also, for every question I had the host responded quickly.

Private Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We had six adults and six kids in the house and had plenty of space. We practically had the beach to ourselves. The Gulf Speciman Marine Lab is a must see in the area. We did a private tour and would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed a quiet week at the beach!

The house was perfect, with plenty of towels, and a well equipped kitchen, and a very nice screened in porch to eat all meals, and a view of the water on a quiet street. There is not a thing I would change about this house!

The R&R we needed!

We stayed two nights and it was truly relaxing! Being right on the beach was beautiful and esp helpful with little kids. We saw stars at night(!) and the sunrise by day....unforgettable! The porch was a breezy haven for conversation and games. I'm already ready to go back! : )

All you need and more

We really enjoyed our short stay (3 nights). The house offers everything you need. It is a very quiet area and you only have a few neighbors around you. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we couldn't really explore the area.

Beautiful and quiet beach and property! Great place for relaxing, fishing, kayaking, biking, dolphin and bird watching! We had lots of room! Large dining room table for game night!! Great property!!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family of four stayed with both sets of grandparents for Thanksgiving and had a great time. We had plenty of room and our 12-year-old son had a blast catching (and releasing) crabs at night. The description is very accurate, it is very secluded and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. But be sure to plan ahead and bring everything you need because your closest shopping option is the Dollar General in Panacea which is about a 20-minute drive. We made two trips while there and they had a great selection - I just wish I had planned a little better. The house was very clean, couches and beds were comfy and Nick was very responsive whenever I had questions. We found tons of really cool shells on the beach and enjoyed the view from the screened porch. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Rest and reset paradise

This was our families first trip to this part of Florida. Living in Tampa for years, we are Clearwater snobs lol but we heard this place ,although technically on a bay, was nice and peaceful. That is truly was. There was no one around except what appear to be full time neighbors. They were nice and kept to themselves. Sitting on the porch listening to the waves roll in... incredible. Pros: the house was spotless, roomy and the view from the porch is remarkable. The host was informative and made this trip seemless. The area is quiet and peaceful. Now with that side some things I'd like other first time visitors to know that we did not. Cons: You're in the middle of nowhere. Civilization such as a walmart, or something other that gas station food, is an over 30 minute drive. The water is ankle MAYBE knee deep for YARDS out. This location is not ideal for swimming. More fishing type vibes. Lots of crabs and trying to cath them was a blastlol Overall, this place is amazing. I would stay here again to rest and reset!

Peaceful vacation

The most relaxing vacation beach is beautiful and it was all out. I never saw another person on it whole time we were there. The house was perfect had everything we needed. Love sitting out on the screened in porch

Beautiful house on the beach

The house was clean and comfortable. There are some good local restaurants nearby. The host was very helpful when we had to push back our stay for a couple of days due to a hurricane. Great place to spend vacation with your family.

We really enjoyed the stay at this house. The yard was over grown a little but did not affect our stay. My only complaint has nothing to do with the property. We did not like the brown water on this beach. We ended up driving a short distance to get the clear water of the gulf. This was a hassle to pack everything. If you are coming for clear gulf water , it is not here. House was great. Everything we needed.

Dream Vacation for my Family

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The view of the ocean from the screened porch is stunning. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the living areas are comfortable and inviting. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are modern and spotless. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach that felt almost private. The house is so wonderful that we hardly wanted to leave. As a sea turtle lover, also love the fact that there were reminders on how to protect the sea turtles! Mr. Gustafson was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Perfect getaway

Great house and super quiet beach. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows and with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the big grill and beach supplies. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels for everyone. We stayed the week of July fourth and enjoyed the beach and the house every day. This is the perfect house for older and younger family members. We will rent again for sure! Thanks nick for being a great host!

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great family vacation! The house had everything we needed for nine people. The house was clean and the beds were super comfy. The screened in porch was our families favorite place to hangout and my one old granddaughter loved sitting on the porch and looking at the birds. It was only a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this house for a quite family vacation!

Great home!

We brought our kids and grandkids for a beach family vacation, and it was awesome! Water is a little murky in this area but that didn't stop the kids from swimming and finding so many little little crabs and creatures. The aquarium in Panacea was great, lots of hands on things to do. The house was clean and beautiful!

Wonderful family getaway.

The beach house is well appointed and maintained. Everything one would need for a stay is already there (minus the food, of course). The rooms were just as shown in the pictures, clean and well organized. We enjoyed fishing off the beach; although no one swam in the water due to the murky color. In the evening we enjoyed walking on beach as the tide went out. Overall, it was a lovely time.
