Relaxing Vacation
I have to say this is the most beautiful view from right outside your living room chair looking at the bay canal. We absolutely enjoyed our weeks stay with local shopping, eating some of the finest seafood meals from the local restaurants that were only a short drive from the house. The red fishing was also great! Catching our limits each day we stayed was an extra bonus ! The Fritz Carolton is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with all of the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable down to the cleanliness of the house with comfortable beds , Wi-Fi , Roku tv and lots of room for families to feel comfortable and not cramped for space to seeing wildlife daily. We really enjoy staying at the Fritz Carolton , Adam is a wonderful host with answering questions promptly and making our stay perfect! We would recommend his place to others looking for a relaxing vacation and Breathtaking views. Thanks again Adam for a wonderful vacation!! Vicki, Kentucky

Quiet place with a nice breeze
Deck in the mornings and afternoons was awesome. During the day it was extremely hot but we did go and see a lot. The aquarium in Panacea was very good, Wakulla Springs and boat ride was very enjoyable. We tried several beaches and like Shell Point the best. Found good seafood, did not cook much but everything was very nice.

Quiet adventure
We loved staying here for the quiet environment it provided, as well as the proximity to the state park for bike riding and fishing. We brought our kayaks and were and to get right in without packing and unpacking every time we wanted to go out. It was clean and Adam provided more than enough towels and paper goods. Waking up to that view and sitting on the deck with a cool breeze blowing were my favorite parts of our stay!

Fritz Carlton is perfect!
My family and I stayed for a week at the Fritz Carlton and absolutely loved it! The view out the back is absolutely beautiful! The fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs! The kitchen, rooms, and family room were just perfect! We loved our stay, and would definitely recommend it, and also stay again! :)

Secluded Beach Stat
If you want a place to stay close to several beaches, but do not want to be in the middle of everything, this is your place. Pet friendly is a big plus with a fenced in front yard and mostly fenced in back yard. My family enjoyed our stay here.

Total Relaxation
The home is exactly as shown. We've stayed in Alligator Point several times and love the quiet, peacefulness of the area. Adam's home is perfect for those of us who vacation with our fur babies. While the home is not fancy, it is a very comfortable home that offers all the amenities one could want. We will certainly be coming back for our Spring vacation next year. Thanks, Adam, for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful views!
It was a nice place to stay if just hanging out and relaxing near the water is your thing! There isn't really much to do with out traveling 1/2 hour or so. However there were two really good restaurants near that served AMAZING seafood. And we did find some beaches and trails to walk. As two seniors that travel regularly with our two Boxers having a fenced in yard to just let out in is PRICELESS! We did see a Coyote cut through the back yard. So beware if you have dogs as the back yard is not totally fenced in like the front. It was also nice to have a place that gives you the things you need for the length of your stay. :)

The house and property owner are great. Vrbo needs help in the description as there is no hot tub/spa, no outside firepit, (though owner said we could use his next door). No outside shower. Upon arrival we were turned away and told to call vrbo support as the house was damaged and could not be rented to us. Customer support Brian hooked us back up with owner and droped of the call

Sweet cottage on the bay!
We enjoyed the Fritz Carlton because of the quiet beauty surrounding the property. It was very clean and comfortable and we loved watching the wildlife outside. We saw a white as snow squirrel in the yard and lots of different birds. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen too! I would recommend this for a peaceful stay with beautiful views of the bay right outside the back! Thanks Adam!

Had a wonderful time
My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in September and had a wonderful time. House was clean and comfortable. Very quite and peaceful neighborhood. Will stay again. If you are looking for a nice day trip Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park is about 45 minutes away. We got to see all kinds of wildlife and 3 manatees on the boat trip.

You get what you pay for.
We stayed right after a hurricane passed by. The owner was nice about keeping us informed if we were going to be able to stay there or not. Thankfully they did not get hit, but they had some high water that left sea grass and trash all over the back of the property which was not cleaned up prior to our arrival. We arrived early and were told we could not check in early - but then had to wait an hour and a half past check in time due to owner still on-site doing things. Little things would have made this property a better rental. No lighting for the patio area was disappointing. The fan on the deck a nice touch but unfortunately kept throwing the breaker constantly. Uncomfortable patio seating. It is dog friendly with the fencing so that was a plus. The inside definitely leaves a lot to be desired, comfortable but shabby. The pool table in the dining room and dining room table shoved to the back of the tv room is odd. All in all the stay was fine. Just be aware that you are getting what you pay for. The low rental price means lower your standards.

Redfish Paradise
The Fritz Carlton was so accommodating for our little fishing vacation. It was set up so nice and extremely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for the week. Very roomy ,didn’t feel crowded at all and pleanty parking. This was our first time to this part of Florida and we loved it! perfect place for our family vacation. My husband is an avid fisherman back home in Kentucky and his bucket list dream was to catch a redfish on a fly rod and reel and he accomplished that by catching a 26” huge redfish the third day we were there! So his dream came true. This is The perfect place to see amazing sunsets all kinds of wildlife ! while we were there we saw pleanty deer, squirrels , birds , and a couple dolphins swimming in the water behind the house and we did see a huge black bear roaming between the houses below this one on our way back from dinner one night and three wild boar pigs, which was so exciting to see. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return soon! We had an awesome time just touring the area and visiting several local antique shops and had the best seafood three nights while we were there along with great bbq from hammaknockers and Mexican food all from local restaurants. We recommend booking the Fritz Carlton for vacation that you will remember time after time! Thank you Adam for allowing us to stay in your beach home, we are already making plans to return next year for a awesome vacation! The Boggs Family, Banner, Ky
