  • Greet the day with a renewed sense of optimism when you wake up to the tranquil bay setting. Drink your morning coffee and watch the fish jump and the birds fly over the water. The local wildlife is truly breathtaking. After a day at the beach, spend your evenings cooking dinner and relaxing while playing pool. The sunsets are something to truly marvel at as you relax your day away.

    Great local fishing available for trout, flounder, redfish, and spanish mackerel. Fish offshore for grouper, amberjack, cobia and snapper. Bald Point State Park is a located just around the corner. Golf at Wildwood, or St. James Bay, just 15 minutes away.

    Game room has a pool table that is connected to the kitchen and very spacious. Comfortably sleeps 4 people.

We found the house extremely clean and the host was very helpful with fishing tips and suggestions for nearby restaurants!Spectacular views of the water and our pup really enjoyed the fenced yard!

The Fritz Carlton is the ABSOLOUTE Best place to stay at in Allligator Point! You couldnt ask for a better host than Adam. He has always made sure the rental house has everything we need to enjoy our stay and the house is super clean as always, This makes our 4th year staying at the Fritz House and we love the nice sitting area in the back yard looking at the beautiful waters of the bay and the fenced in area in the front yard for our pets which is a plus for us. We just love the laid back life that this little area has to offer with some of the Best local Seafood around! Our favorite places to eat in the area are the Tropical Trader, Angleos, Poseys and The SeinYard. The views of the Bay behind the house are Breathtaking and the fishing there is wonderful too! Thats a favorite for my Husband and son who enjoys catching the Redfish each year. If your looking for a wonderful place with wonderful views and close to everything this is the place to stay. I cant say enough about this host and his hard work to make our vacation a wonderful trip each year we return. Thanks for Everything!Sincerely,The Boggs Family2026

The house was great fun with the pool table, the bed was comfy and the sunsets were outstanding. Lots of room for our motorcycle trailer and truck.

Our stay was excellent ..everything was absolutely perfect..Adam our host was very kind and thoughtful...we recommend staying at this beautiful home on the bay..very peaceful and close enough to many restaurants and shopping and historical areas .

Loved, loved, loved this place. It was the most inviting rental we have ever walked into. The place was clean, the lights were on, the AC was on, we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The view from the large bayside deck was incredible. My wife and I are "bird nerds" - we saw 27 different species of birds sitting with a drink in our hand on this deck. Over 100 species exploring the areas during our week's stay. For the money, it is ABSOLUTELY the best deal in the Alligator Point area. Plenty of places in this area to eat too, but I have to put in a plug for Tropical Trader. It is just ten minutes away and the best shrimp tacos on the Forgotten Coast! We ate there five of the seven days we were here. Highly recommend this property and this host. Thank you Adam!

The place was great! The pool table was an added bonus. Our dog loved the fenced-in front yard. Perfect place to find plenty of hiking trails in Bald Point State Park and St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge. Our hosts were awesome. We really enjoyed our visit. We highly recommend this place.

A clean and well equipped home. Great waterfront view. We were greeted by lady host, we were told owner was right next door, feel free to stop by with questions, or issues. When Wifi didn't connect, I walked over to get suggestions on getting a connection, and was chewed out for disturbing him????

Large open kitchen and beautiful back yard! The place was clean and cozy! There was even a pool table! Easy to communicate and everything you need.

Very clean and comfortable. Every thing supplied for a nice relaxing stay. Wonderful view of the back bay and marshes. Not really a negative but the side fences only go to the water on one side in the back of property. Front yard is nicely fenced so no worries with the pet there.
