  • Casa Del Mar is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach view home with magnificent Gulf of Mexico views. This is a family home rental with a screened porch, large decks, an outside shower, and a fire pit complimenting the amenities.

    The home is newly renovated and comfortably furnished with a large family or group in mind. The master bedroom is on the main level with two additional bedrooms upstairs and another bedroom downstairs that would be perfect for in-laws or teens who want to be away from the rest of the family. This bedroom is accessed from ground level only and has its own entry. The kitchen is fully stocked with flat cooktop stove, convection oven, large microwave, and plenty of cookware for the stay at home chef. Our guests can choose from the local restaurants or cook at home with a view.

    We have two exterior security cameras. one at the front door and one looking at back staircase. these are for building security and are only accessed if we have an issue or concern.

    Casa del Mar faces northeast for the most incredible sunrise and moon rise views imaginable. Turtles, Eagles, Dolphins abound! Just steps from the sandy white beach, this place is sure to please.

Great property for the nature lover who wants a peaceful and quiet vacation spot. This home was the perfect size and bedroom set up for our family with grown children. Loved the location with minimal waves that allowed for floating or kayaking. So many fish, birds and dolphins in the water. It was always a nature show every day. Enjoyed nearby spring and boat tour, got to see lots of manatees and alligators.

We had Great communication throughout this booking. The owner (Host) was very quick to respond and very helpful. My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

Our stay was great. We had no issues with anything. The owners were very accommodating upon arrival and their communication was wonderful. Quick responses and answered all of our questions!

We enjoyed our stay. We brought our boat so parking was a little tricky with our trailer and f250 but we made it work. We recommend trader shrimp company for dining. Most other restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday so we didn’t have many options but that one is worth it.

Plenty of room, nice and clean, beautiful views. Everything we needed was provided, along with some things that aren’t usually included. The outside shower was something we didn’t expect to use so much, but it was helpful in not tracking sand every where in the house.

This is the perfect spot to stay to really get away! Beach is just steps away, lots of deck space to enjoy the breeze, and the best neighbors. One of our favorite things was the daily visit from McGee, the neighbors dog. He loves to play fetch! Kitchen had literally everything you could possibly need: electric skillet, air fryer, crock pot, instant pot, & keurig. Plenty of extra bedding to snuggle on the couch with too. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and we will be checking back into staying again when we visit the area again. The home was very nice and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Anytime we had a question, the host was very quick to help.

Alligator Point

Nice peaceful location, lots of deer and other wildlife. We were lucky to be there in early November to see the migrating butterflies.

Friends Weekend

Great layout of the 3 bedrooms for our group of 3 couples. Close to the beach - great view from the screened porch. Everything was as expected - nice house. We hope to stay here again!

Nice clean house on a quiet little street. Jessee is very communicative and friendly. Everything worked well including the EV charger, a rare item on the coast.

Location!

The location and views of the gulf from the house are amazing! We loved taking the kayaks provided out every day. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place. Jessee was also very quick at responding when I had questions while there.

Beautiful views

We have fallen in love with this area. The views from both the upstairs porches and downstairs deck were just gorgeous. The rainbow pink sunsets were amazing!

Just Right!

Owners were very responsive, made the stay better. Had it not been for 2 1/2 days of TERRIBLE weather the stay would have perfect. As it was, Casa Del Mar was a great place to hunker down for the bad weather, and when the weather got better it was grand!

Overall, the property is lovely.Nicely appointed kitchen. Rooms were clean bathrooms were clean.I love that.What I didn't like was I did get to the property 1 hour early and it was very hot. The property had already been cleaned and was vacant. And after we walked our dogs, we had to sit outside and wait until check in, in that heat.My biggest complaint what's the air conditioning.The unit may be new yes,However completely inadequate for the space.We didn't dare turn the oven on as we didn't want the temperature to raise over eighty. Every day we went to bed, The temperature was seventy eight degrees in the house.One compressor mini split, with two fans. One for the upstairs bedroom that has one bed and the downstairs bedroom.That would change the dynamic of this place. Tenfold. If you're one of those people that don't need air conditioning to sleep, this is a great house.

Phenomenal stay!!

We had an amazing week at this rental!! The place was well situated, was spacious enough for 9 of us for the week without feel crowded unless we were watching basketball games together downstairs! the kitchen was well stocked and had things we needed without issue! The hosts were absolutely amazing at responding to questions we had or any concerns, cannot say enough good things! We would gladly come back to this place and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. I was a bit off put when we arrived and the yard and under the carport area were very messy. First impression was not a good one. The outside of the house and lawn need maintenance. The inside of the house was fine. The beds were comfortable, clean, and there were plenty of towels, etc. The location was great for us as we are older and not as mobile as we used to be. We loved the outside area and spent most of our time on the porch and upper deck. There is plenty of space to spread out and have some alone time. We would definitely stay her again.
