Family Panacea 2025

Our yearly vacation with our family was awesome. The house was gorgeous and more than we could’ve ever asked for. We loved it. Close to the beaches close to the boat ramp and had a dock. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and living area were huge. and at 72 I really enjoyed having an elevator to use.

Amazing Beach/Bay House!

I stayed here with 13 other friends and we had an incredible time at Claudia's place! This place is well decorated, stocked, and has an amazing view of the bay. The property is very close to a small beach, or you can drive 20-30 minutes to access other, bigger beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and didn't want to leave. This place is an absolute gem - highly rec!

Great stay!

We rented this house for my family to stay together to celebrate my brothers graduation from FSU. It was great to get out of Tallahassee and the water views were amazing! The place actually looked even better than pictures. So spacious with an amazing screened in porch and rooftop balcony was a nice surprise

My Happy Place

This property is perfect in every way. Great location with a beautiful view. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Convenient to restaurants, beaches, and entertainment. The fishing is awesome. We visit Panacea once per month and this is our first choice o a place to stay.

Making Memories

This is absolutely the best property we have ever stayed at. If you want to relax, enjoy a glorious view, and enjoy a stress free vacation, this is the place. Close to restaurants, beaches and other amenities. If you want to eat in, you can enjoy the gourmet kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. I highly recommend this home.

We love the location, scenery and layout of this property. It’s truly a great home. Unfortunately, it needs a serious deep cleaning and some new furniture. We ended up leaving a full day early due to feeling uncomfortable with the current state of the house. This place has tons of potential and the manager was super easy to communicate with, just needs a serious cleaning.

Great Place

We loved staying at this house. It was very clean and spacious. It also has an amazing view that you can enjoy in the morning while drinking a coffee or at night as the sun sets while having a cocktail. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The neighborhood was nice the location was perfect but once you enter the house there was a old smell to it the wall was dirty the vent this black dust on it the carpet was the worst I ever seen no way you could’ve walk around with out shoes on one bathroom shower curtain was dirty the tv in master bedroom didn’t work at all reported it no one came out to fix it the whole we were there. The host didn’t come by at all or call us .We had trouble working the elevator when we arrived we text her of our problem with elevator.She text us back with the instructions on how to work elevator. I text her on Thursday morning.We check out on Saturday morning no one call or came by for fix the TV .The furnitures were fifty also .

Great Getaway

The accommodations were perfect for our family. We had a couple of small issues that were corrected in minutes by our great host, Claudia. Fishing off of the dock for the little kids was great. Would stay here again no doubt.

Fishing trip

Our group consists of 9-10 men aged 58-83. The elevator was a must, and one of the primary reasons we chose this property. We were able to park 3 boats and 5 trucks on site. House is great with spectacular views. Met the owners Dad upon check in. Super nice gentleman. Stayed in touch with us and gave us suggestions for alternative boat ramps during low tide. I am a home builder, and I have never seen a shower as big as the one in the master bedroom at this home!! I had several questions for the owner during the weeks leading up to our trip, and she responded within 30 minutes each time. Thank you Claudia. Screened porch overlooking the bay was also enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

My in-laws and I loved this rental! It EASILY, and comfortably, sleeps 14, is close to FSU opposite of traffic and it had everything we needed. The home could use a interior paint touch up, but that is cosmetic and didn’t diminish the quality of the home overall. Claudia was a great communicator and she made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend booking this home especially for large groups.

Nice property however, updates needed and thorough cleaning needed including furniture, celling fans, deck and interior panting. Microwave did not work. Several roaches were seen throughout the kitchen area. I expected more up to date property for the price I paid.

Family trip 2023

We had the absolute best time here. This was our second time staying here and plan to come again. One of the guys caught a 5ft shark off the deck. As soon as he got it up the line snapped. We caught tons of crab, stingray, and fish. Dolphins came out daily as well as manatees. We relaxed so much and hated to leave. Claudia is the best to communicate with and her dad came over to fix something and he is just adorable.

FSU Graduation greatest idea!

Our son graduated from FSU so we wanted to stay close but out of the chaos in Tallahassee. This place was perfect. The location is amazing, there is a Walmart close and a small market on the corner incase we needed something quick. Being on the water and looking at the views of the bay and the gulf were beautiful. The property is half a mile from the beach. It was the best idea ever and Panacea has become one of our must return to areas for vacation.
