Wonderful long weekend!
My family stayed at this beautiful house for my son’s graduation from FSU. It was absolutely perfect for all of us. I have never rented a home that had a kitchen stocked as well as this one. Everything you could want was there for cooking. They even have the little things like tin foil, all the spices, sharp knives, coffee filters, and extra paper towels if needed. I could go on and on. We also all felt such a sense of peacefulness while there. The views from every room of the gulf and also the bay made it even better. Every person had a view from their room. The walks on the beach were amazing with so much sea life! We saw sting rays, dolphins feeding, very large clams, hermit crabs and tons of beautiful birds. We all felt like we had been there for at least a week when it was only 3 nights. The elevator & ramp was an extra plus for my family. Made it so that the grandparents could enjoy the graduation get together without any trouble. This is a piece of paradise not to miss!!

Great house
Very nice house. Remote location. Not much traffic on the beach which was really nice. We basically had the beach to ourselves. Saw dolphins every day. Only downfall is the only way to get between upstairs and down is the outdoor elevator. There’s no inside stairs. The elevator was a really nice feature. Pool was clean. Not a full size pool. Overall had a great time. Communication with the property manager was very easy.

Great Thanksgiving
From the arrival, this house was even more than the substantial description on VRBO. They are not kidding when they say the kitchen is stocked, the bathrooms are ready, the bedrooms are comfortable! Everything was spotless clean and EVERYTHING was provided! We brought Thanksgiving dinner and cooked it there. No problem! 5 adults, 4 kids, no problem! Plenty of hot water, clean towels, LOTS of space to play games, have adult time, send kids to play Xbox. Also the island felt very safe and quiet. Absolutely no complaints and we hope to visit again this summer!

Best family vacay
This is a great place to visit! The seclusion was different than what we normally would look for, but that was what made this trip the best ever. Beautiful beach. No crowd. It was incredibly stocked, from kitchen needs to beach chairs and toys. Ms. Lisa was our contact hostess and she was great! We would certainly be interested in visiting this amazing place again!

We loved that the beach was private and quiet and just a few steps from the house! It was great that all the basic items were supplied so we didn’t need to do a ton of shopping. Everyone enjoyed their week in the sun.

Great property with all the amenities you need. Just bring food! Secluded location, beautiful ocean and beach just steps away from the door. Property manager was very responsive throughout the stay.

Stay Enjoy Repeat
Alligator Point is a perfect getaway for any family get together! Our families have been coming to this area for the past 25 years. This is the best home we have rented in A.P.! The pool is definitely a game changer. We love being directly on the beach but you need a break from time to time. Some of the family was not able to enjoy the beach but were able to enjoy the pool. The home has everything you needed for making yourself at home. This will be a home we will return to!

Happy 80th Birthday!

Great getaway
One Beachin' Place is a great house for families. Liked that must was in one level, with ability to offer the downstairs space to one couple. Kitchen literally had everything we needed! Even had many spices & some basics like for, sugar, oil (likely left by prior guest). We stayed for a week, & were literally The. Only. People. On. The. Beach!! So appreciate that beach towels & beach equipment were provided 😀. And having 2 huge washers & dryers was so helpful for our crew.

Family Vacation
This house was beautiful and you truly felt like you’re on your own little island. The condo is completely stocked and has everything imaginable. My only suggestion is to bring your own towels and wash clothes. The condo does supply a few but not enough for a party of 16, we just had to run a daily load of towels. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Our gathering of 16 was GREAT to say the very least. The pool, the porch, the beach, the kitchen, the "top" living area and the bottom living area was just perfect for our family's week together. We, all of us, were never in-need of a thing. Very well equipped, right down to coffee, towels, pots and pans, utensils, wifi and a telescope. This place is neat as a pin and clean as a whistle. The pool and all the lounge chairs made this a most enjoyable vacation for the boys. The beach was my favorite with shell searching, pelican watching and very very empty. I/we are very pleased!

Excellent Experience
The house has plenty of space, the deck on the Gulf side was great for relaxing and watching Dolphin activities, weather was excellent enough for us to use the pool, found many shells during low tide walks, also spotted a sting ray not far off the shoreline swimming. We had an excellent time while staying here. Very enjoyable experience!

Wonderful place to gather and relax
We had a wonderful time gathering for Thanksgiving. The house has large common rooms, but also plenty of privacy for sleeping. Access to the beach is great and if you just want to watch in indoor comfort, the house has great views of spectacular sunsets, dolphin swimming by and much more.

Unique and beautiful property!
The house is beautiful with plenty of space - 7 bedrooms but sleeps many more. The downstairs has its own living room / kitchen, so it is like 2 rental properties in one! Pet friendly was a huge plus! The location was fantastic - you faced the bay out the front and Gulf out the back. How many places have that much water surrounding them! The only drawback for some could be the distance to any restaurants or stores, but we were on retreat and brought everything we needed. I highly recommend this beach house property! ❤️

Perfect beach getaway!
Our family enjoyed this house very much. If my son had made it with his 4 kids we would have been tight with 3 bathrooms, but with 8 adults and 6 children we were very comfortable. Our only issue was that there is no inside entrance from the downstairs. You can go outside to the elevator, but most of mine did not like using the elevator....small issue! Eating our meals on the porch was a delight! Sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. We hardly believed we would see dolphins every day, but we did. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have stayed in and we really appreciated that since we had all our meals in the house! Would I stay here a gain? You bet! The beach is secluded and we can have great walks in either direction. I loved the beach. The sand was great for sand castles and we made the most of it. The stars at night were amazing with views of the milky way!! This is a great place!

Wonderful Time
This house was absolutely wonderful. We had 5 adults and 2 teens and 1 child. 3 adults were upstairs with one room to spare, while my crew was downstairs. We each enjoyed the beautiful views that this home offers. Sunsets and sunrises. We had never been to Alligator Point before, but this was just the amount of peace and quiet we needed. We took all of our food necessary to use..meats, veggies, breads, drinks etc. There were quite a bit of spices there to use as well as an abundance of utensils and appliances. Needless to say we will be back soon for another great stay.

Wonderful for families
Loved the house and location. Very secluded and felt safe. Loved having the beach and pool right there. House was very well stocked. Only negatives were downstairs and upstairs being basically separate houses and internet wasn’t great. Would stay again.

One Beachin Place For Sure
We had 16 total friends and family staying here and there was plenty of room to spread out. We had a few hiccups with the AC and elevator on the front end but the property manager (Lisa) was on it and got things taken care of. The house has just about everything you need for your stay.

Family vacation
This was our chosen location for a large family vacation. The house and pool are very nice although there is a separate area with some of the bedrooms and another kitchen area accessible only by going outside of the home. Not necessarily a negative but nice to know. The location is very private which leads to great shell hunting and lots of crabs to view. Be prepared and bring your food and drinks but then enjoy the privacy.

Great place for a Family Trip
This house was perfect for our extended family. They provide everything you need in the house. Being between the bay and ocean was so much fun for our kids between the fishing and searching for shells. Would definitely come back!

Awesome!!
All I can say is this property and management company exceeded our expectations!! The property it’s self is beyond amazing!! I stayed in the downstairs portion but didn’t mind one bit because of the ease of access with the elevator and pool. The beach is peaceful, full of awesome seashells, and very private. This house is completely stocked with umbrellas, chairs, towels, and sand toys. The pool are is relaxing but also stocked with beach towels and comfortable lounge chairs. The hammock I would very much recommend with an added glass of wine and book. It were a family of 9 that stayed here very comfortably and with one bedroom never used. All I can say is watch out for the crabs, they are everywhere and love the pool lol. Overall, I can’t wait to return and very much so planning to return to this house

Our new favorite!
This was a great house! Our family heads to The Forgotten Coast every summer, usually SGI. We'd never heard of Alligator Point. So glad glad we explored a new locale. Upon check-in, everything was spotless. The "amenities" description didn't exaggerate - everything except for food is included - beach towels galore, beach chairs (about a dozen), several beach umbrellas, lobster pot (which we used for a low country boil). Kitchen had everything we needed & then some! Even coffee filters & ground coffee were provided! The only snafu we had was with the elevator, but management sent someone out to look at it. As happens with all things after a while, a component was wearing out & needs replacing. But honestly, it wasn't a big deal to carry our things up the one short flight of stairs. Having a dining table that could seat all 10 of us was great; they even had a high chair for our youngest family member (as well as a pack & play). One of the best things about this house is location - most of the time we were the only ones on the beach!! The kids all enjoyed having a pool to retreat to when they'd had enough of the sand. Pool maintenance guy comes 2X/wk. The only downside might be that there's no interior stairway between the two levels - you have use outside stairs, which could be a pain if weather's bad (& as I mentioned, elevator wasn't working). Also, bed in master BR was too soft for our tastes; don't know if it's supposed to be like that or if it needs replacing. No one else seemed to have that issue w/their beds. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again! 👍

The house was just like the listing showed. As promised the pantry was loaded with paper supplies and dry goods like spices, coffee, flour, sugar. We found everything you'd need in the kitchen. We did have one small issue with the elevator but maintenance was there immediately and resolved the issue, great service would definitely rent again

Excellent Accommodations!!!
Great private beach house for larger groups. This place has everything you need. All you need to bring is yourselves and whatever food and beverage. Elevator was fantastic for people that may have trouble with stairs. I'd give it more than 5 stars if they would allow it!

Just WOW
We had such a great time...lots of room for 16 guests. We were so thankful for the elevator and boardwalk for my elderly parents in their 70s. Two washers and two dryers were awesome, and no kidding--you really DO NOT need to bring anything except your clothes. Property managers were kind and responsive. The fenced yard in the front was a blessing for our dogs and I think they had the most fun of their lives at the beach!

Relaxing & remote getaway
This house was amazing for our group of 12 adults, large beds in nearly every Room. The location is very remote and private, bring groceries to avoid a decent drive for supplies, but once you are there they have every cup/plate/appliance you could need! Cute tiki bar at the marina a short walk away is the only business on the point and they sell ice and have a food truck there often as well. Weather for our trip was a random chilly & windy weekend but even despite that we had an amazing time in the large social area and kitchen space! The decor was beach and tastefully decorated, property was clean and well maintained

Wonderful memories made at a great property!
Our family of 14 had an excellent experience at this property. The kitchen was furnished very well (plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, spices, etc) and had everything we needed! The house was furnished with toiletries and paper products for every day. The beach towels were a great asset for our large family as was the double washer and dryer! The house, pool and boardwalk are beautiful and provided a great vacation for all of us! The only thing I wish the house had was a set of inside stairs that go from downstairs to upstairs, but this doesn't take away from the great experience we had. We had a rainy beach week but the house had lots of board games and entertainment for everyone to enjoy! We would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Celebration
We had a group of 16 adults staying for the week celebrating a 50th birthday. The house was ready and clean when we got there. It looks just as good if not better than the pictures. Linda was extremely helpful with everything. Tropical Storm Fred came through during our stay and they were very helpful with calming our nerves and answering our questions. It turned out to be not too big of a deal, which was great for these Wisconsinites. It was also nice to have the kitchen pretty much fully stocked. We had very little to buy outside of our groceries. Our favorite spot was the long patio table on the deck overlooking the gulf. We all fit and sat out there every night for many, many hours. I was surprised the downstairs is not directly connected to the upstairs unless you go outside and use the stairs or elevator (this was very nice to have). Also, the bunks are a little small for adults, both singles and queens. The top queen was too close to the ceiling for an adult to use. Overall though, we had a great time and the house and management was great! I would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay
We enjoyed our time at this location. It was a little different layout than we imagine. To get to a different floor you have to go outside. We ended up finding an arrangement that worked. We did have a great time. The few minor issues we did have the manager took care of it within a timely manor. Overall, a great trip! Nice place to stay for a relaxing time!

“One Beachin Place,” was wonderful!! Such a beautiful home, not a thing over looked from the kitchen to the pool ! One daughter’s family was downstairs and the other was upstairs . Big fan of Alligator Point
This is an unbelievable location! Our family of 15 had a wonderful week on this property. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, including beach chairs. We spent our days in the pool or at the beach and our nights preparing huge family meals, playing games, and fishing on the bay side. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! The property manager was always available and extremely nice. We will definitely come back to this location! Thank you!!

Amazing property!
This property was amazing! Linda and her team made it so easy to check-in and check-out. They really did have everything we needed. From the screened in large table for playing cards while watching the beach to the grill to the ample space for food storage and other amenities. When traveling with family, you always need a washing machine, and I was really impressed by the washing machine in a rental property. It was great and made it so easy for us to do laundry before we left! I would absolutely recommend this property again.

This place was a great rental for a larger group. We are friends that haven't been together in a very long time, and having a place with such space and great porches was amazing!!! The property manager was also very helpful and easy to get in touch with.
