Killer location, great property

We stayed for a week at this great house on the pambula river. The view from the back deck and upstairs bedrooms was somehow better than the photos. The split living spaces were great for our family, with the kids & grandparents able to separate at night and during the couple of wet days. The kitchen was well stocked, and the three bathrooms made washing up after the beach & pool easy. Michelle was a responsive and informative host. We'd love to come back again.

Great house in a great location

Very large and spacious house that is well equipped for a holiday house. Location is amazing with several lovely nature walks nearby. Could look out over the view of the Pambula River for days!!!

Perfect beach house

The most important thing for us is a great view and this house has an absolute beauty from almost all bedrooms. The 70’s living areas are really comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the view/read/relax. Very modern bathrooms and kitchen , 2 ovens and a microwave, a huge fridge freezer in the kitchen and second fridge downstairs made catering for Christmas really easy! Easy walk to Lions beach and the river mouth. people in Pambula are really friendly. We loved our stay.

Amazing location.

The house is huge, the photos don’t do this property justice. The check in process was very smooth. The walk to the beach is a little tricky with small children but not impossible. The kids loved finding all the ‘fairy garden’ spots. Only issue we had was no sheets on the beds or bath towels. Easy fix with a trip into town.

Family time in Pambula Beach

A great house in an amazing location. A very short walk down to the beach and also to the river mouth. Perfect swimming for little family as well as exploring the rocks. The house had plenty of space. It would be perfect for a family with slightly older kids than ours in that it has one set of steep stairs which were very attractive to our 15 month old and we had no way of blocking them off so required one person to be on guard at all times. The house has a great balcony and to have access to the pool was fabulous. To keep in mind is that linen is not supplied but can be arranged separately through a private provider.

Amazing View and Location

We loved the layout of the house as we were a family group staying together. Upstairs off the kitchen there were three bedrooms where our daughter and her family slept. My husband and I had the other upstairs bedroom and my mother had her own space downstairs. All sleeping areas have their own bathroom and a bath in the bathroom near where our grandchildren were sleeping. We did however, have an issue with the plumbing downstairs which became blocked in the toilet and shower! We contacted Michelle who tried her hardest to get a plumber but being Christmas Eve this wasn’t possible. So, my husband eventually managed to get the blockage cleared which was not at all pleasant. Not sure if anyone else had had an issue previously and it just hadn’t been reported. Hopefully this was a one off issue. That aside the outlook is stunning, the house well equipped and having the river beach a two minute walk away and the pool were wonderful at keeping our two two and a half year old grand children entertained. The wildlife was also very active- a possum, goanna and kangaroos also roaming around the garden. This is a large house that catered well for our family of four generations. The downstairs area also had its own kitchen, kettle etc which allowed my mum her own area to retreat to. There is amble parking between the house and pool for at least four cars and the upstairs deck had plenty of room to sit out on and enjoy the view. If we went back to Pambula Beach I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michelle.

Stunning location!

Michelle's property is in an incredible location. The house is well set-out to easily accommodate 2 families. We thoroughly enjoyed the private access to the beach, the swimming pool and all the amenities on offer. Highly recommend

Great home on the coast for family with young kids

Great home on the coast perfect for a family or 2 with young kids. Kids love the beach and pool. Good spot to just do not much and just unwind. Or if you want to there is plenty around to do. View says it all when you walk in the front door can't help but just sit with a drink or 2 and just relax

Perfect Pambula beach house

Great large family home with an updated well equipped kitchen. Lovely open entertaining spaces all taking advantage of the view, so beautiful to wake up to and listen to the waves at night. House stayed cool and was comfortable. Pool fantastic for kids, laps and sun baking. Would highly recommend for families. Steep walk to the beach and stairs in the house though.

Position perfect

What an incredible family holiday house this is! The position is unbeatable, just a few steps onto the sand. The views from the balcony catch the beaches either side of the river - it really is beautiful. The huge swimming pool is a rarity in Pambula. The house itself is 70s and relaxed - which we loved - but with a new kitchen. It is so generous everywhere else. We were surprised by the size of it all. Loved it. We’ll be back

Fabulous house, very private. Pool was amazing for an afternoon swim after the beach.

House was fantastic, we had a large family group. The pool was great for an afternoon swim after a morning at the beach. The beach was great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Access to the beach could be difficult for anyone elderly as it’s quite steep. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back !

Stunning beach location

Our expanded family thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay over Christmas. We found the house very spacious with both upstairs and downstairs living. The huge deck is a feature as is the wonderful pool which is probably the largest I’ve come across for a private residence. The water temp was perfect everyday due to solar heating. The brand new kitchen was large and very well equipped. Local wildlife visited daily and we walked to the beach (5mins) easily. Communication with the owner was easy and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!

We had the most pleasant stay at this Pambula beach house. Plenty of space for the bigger kids and lots to do to keep them entertained :) Very clean house with everything you need right at your fingertips. Short walk to the beach and a pool for those days you want to “stay in” beautiful views of the water we would definitely recommend this house. Michelle was prompt and easy to deal with it was such a pleasure to be able to have our family holiday here thank you :)

Great getaway

The house is great, more than enough space for our party of 5 adults + 2 small children. 2 min walk down to the beach and a short drive to shops. Such a lovely part of the world, will definitely be back!
