Step outside to a generous outdoor entertaining space complete with comfortable lounge seating, sun umbrellas, and a large BBQ.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor hot and cold shower.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, Smart TV, Hi-Fi system, and complimentary Wi-Fi. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Just a short 13-minute stroll takes you to the surf beach, or enjoy a scenic walk to the Pambula River mouth. Guests have access to a private driveway with parking for two cars, along with additional street parking. Your hosts, Janine and Walter, live in a separate apartment at the rear of the property and are available if needed while fully respecting your privacy. During your stay, you may also enjoy seasonal organic produce grown on-site.

For dining out, take advantage of the convenient courtesy shuttle to the Top Pub in Pambula, or explore the many cafes and restaurants in the village. The property is located just 6 km from Merimbula Airport, with direct flights from Sydney and Melbourne and car hire available.
