    Unit Layout

    "Palsmar" is a 6-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 100 m2 of living space and accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property features simple yet functional furnishings throughout, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for families or groups. On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining room equipped with a dining table, which opens directly onto one of the 2 private terraces available to guests. A fully equipped kitchen corner is also accessible on this level, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, the 4 bedrooms are distributed as follows: 2 rooms each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 180 cm in length, and 2 additional rooms each containing 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 180 cm in length. The 2 shower and WC bathrooms serve all guests staying on this floor. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties on site.
