Spectacular 4 bedroom villa in the Platja de Pals Golf Club. Just 100 meters from the sea, it has an attractive porch overlooking its own large private garden and pool, ideal for enjoying time with friends and family. Beyond the garden is the golf course lined by beautiful pine trees. The garden virtually surrounds the house and is fenced.
The house is ideally placed just a short distance from the beach, local shops and restaurants and within walking distance you can enjoy the services of the restaurant of the Hotel La Costa.
At street level there a private garage and parking for an additional car and a large entrance to the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a independent kitchen, fully equipped including dishwasher. There is aso a large, bright living room divided into two distinct areas and enjoying views of the pool and garden. In addition Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor, it is a single bedroom with shower room (originally used for staff).
A short flight of 10 stairs leads to the first floor where there are three ensuite double bedrooms as follows:
Master Bedroom 1 with 180 cm bed, large bathroom with bathtub and access to an 8 m2 terrace overlooking the pool, garden and golf course. This spacious suite has its own reading or television area, to provide relaxation away from the rest of the house, and there is also an additional sofa bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, large bathroom with bathtub and access to 8m2 terrace overlooking pool, garden and golf course.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds, large bathroom with bathtub and views over the entrance of the house.

You can visit a different beach every day as this coast has a choice of beautiful coves and beaches. In addition to the magnificent Platja Gran de Pals, nearby you will find Platja del Racó, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Aiguablava and many more.
The fascinating old town of Begur with its ancient castle is only 5 minutes away by car and Palafrugell is just 10 minutes drive. Both offer you many shopping and sightseeing opportunities as well as restaurants and bars.
This is also an area that actively encourages exploration of nature. In particular the carefully constructed and maintained walkways enable you to access dream landscapes, inaccessible coves and splendid beaches backed by the pines, dunes and the natural vegetation of the area, not forgetting the fascinating Illes de Medes just offshore.
You will discover the great beauty of the Baix Empordà, its landscapes, its fishing towns, its coves and its medieval villages.

If you have your own car, you will not have problems getting around but increasingly visitors decide to use a bicycle or motorcycle as way of transport in our area, especially in summer when it is a more relaxing and simpler way of accessing our beaches.
