It’s not walking distance to these places, but it’s just a short drive or rideshare away. The room was well appointed and included a small kitchen with nice appliances. "The apartment is amazing - open concept for kitchen and living room with a great view of the pier and water. Bedrooms are nicely separated with super comfy beds. Floor to ceiling windows have great shades for privacy too! Kitchen has great basics for cooking too - full spice rack and pots/pans. Will totally stay here again!"
