This is a good place for a budget focused stay. The furniture was uncomfortable and some items were broken. Ant infestation in the kitchen. Many light bulbs were burned out. Appears to be a leak under the kitchen sink. Many patches in the walls and a stain on the kitchen wall. The filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed. More window coverings would be nice considering the neighborhood. No exhaust fans in either the bathroom or kitchen. Based on the intake process and pictures, I was expecting better accommodations. I really enjoyed the floor-ceiling to view the beautiful tree in the backyard. Suggest more seating, deeper cleaning, more cable options, needed repairs and maintenance. Location was convenient for our purposes, and the price was right; it reflects the state of the property in comparison to other options nearby.

Terrible
So the tv channels were the base quality only and with an outdated tv screen it wasn't worth watching.Half the kitchen cupboards were falling off. The place needs a makeover, or demolished. The table to eat off was sticky and the chairs were shaky. We left a day early because of our disappointment.

This property is in a bad neighborhood. The property is INFESTED with bed bugs. The property manager is unhelpful. DO NOT STAY HERE

It worked for our needs..
This house had what we needed but obviously required a few repairs (loose kitchen cabinet doors, damaged bedroom curtains, damaged living room carpet, stained bed sheets, un-maintained back yard) that should be addressed.

As promised
The plusses for this property are location, full kitchen and parking. Great customer service. A little love could make it better (no patio furniture, wobbly dining chair, ceiling fan does not spin), but for the price, it was fine. Just looking for a nice neighborhood near medical - this is perfect!

Gross and Dirty
This house has a lot of potential, but boy has it seen better days. The photos they have posted are not accurate to the actual experience. Let’s start with the positives. It’s a spacious home with a nice living area, full kitchen, and two bedroom with 3 beds to choose from. I enjoyed the kitchenware provided and I appreciated the room to move around. The WiFi was relatively stable and the shower runs hot easily. That’s about where the enjoyment ends. The kitchen water both from the fridge and the faucet runs yellow and tastes horrible. We had to purchase bottled water because of this. The walls, base boards, fixtures, and switches have not been cleaned in a while which added to a grimy feel to the place. All three beds had stained sheets and hair. Some of the towels had stains as well. Rather than fixing broken items, they opted for utilizing duct tape or allowing the nails to hang out of the wall. There is rust all over the bathroom that hasn’t been addressed. The house is surrounded by other peoples properties so while you are in the living room bedroom backyard or kitchen, anyone could look in. Meaning you must always keep the blinds shut. If you are looking for a relaxing, sanitary place to stay this is not it. If you are someone who travels consistently and are not at all particular about where you stay, then you may enjoy this location.

It suited our needs
We picked this property for its proximity to Stanford as my sister was getting surgery. Our first impression was okay at first glance. As we were moving through the house we began noticing a lack of cleaning prior to our arrival. There were two half consumed coffee cups in the window sill of the room with two beds and all the window sills were sticky to touch. All of the comforters had stains on them that didn’t seem to come out with washing as well as a few towels. Also there were pen drawings on the walls like a renter before us let their kids draw over everything including the comforters. The toilet backed up twice during our stay and the washing machine was broken. I will say that the property owners were very quick to respond back to my emails about the toilet and washing machine. I was told the washing machine wasn’t supposed to be listed as an amenity and they gave me a $20 “Discount” for the error. The neighborhood is actually quite noisy as my sister has sensory issues with loud vehicles driving up and down the street at night and even gunshots a few nights. But it suited our needs for the surgery although rest was tough after the procedure. We were grateful to find a listing with 17 day availability.

not a great place to stay at
The house needs cleanliness and many things around the house were unfunctional. There is no central A/C in the house but there are two portable A/C, one in the kitchen and one in the main lobby which take forever to cool down the house. The furniture in the lobby is not big enough to seat more than 3 people so you might want to carry your own chairs, the rug in the lobby has a lot of stains from previous visitors. The backyard needs cleaning too but the tree in the backyard provides great shade. Overall you get what you paid for. Not recommended.

there was no running water
at the return of our second day to the property we found that the city had shut off the water and locked the meter. the property manager / ownere advised we could go to the convenient store and buy water and they would reimburse us......
