This is an older house located in a great location in downtown Palmyra. It was furnished nicely and close to lots of activities. The down side is that because it is an older house you hear everything from the apartment above you. It hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived but the property manager had someone come over fairly quickly.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this cute apartment on Main Street in Palmyra. Walking distance to the Grandin Printing Press. Very close driving to Palmyra LDS Church sites. Clean, comfortable apartment. Josh always got back to us quickly with any needs we had. Will stay here again when visiting Palmyra.

It truly is charming, very clean and comfortable. It has a beach bungalow style to it; the decor is perfect. A lot of time and energy went into making this so sweet. The owner is good enough to provide herbs and teas and plenty of paper goods. 5 star this one. Be aware of lots of construction going on post Helene and Milton….but only during the day time.

Very nice. Communication was a bit confusing, but we managed. Great kitchen if you love to cook. Very well planned and beautifully refinished historic building. We stayed in the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. I would recommend this particular Vrbo. Apt 317

Okay place to stay

House looked very nice. For the most part it was clean. Hot water is hooked up backwards in the showers. We were given the address of 315. The actual address was 317. The manager was responsive when we had a question.

Great location, beautiful unit

The location of this property is amazing for our trip. We were there to see LDS church history sites, and it was a perfect home base. We loved the two suits and that they gave privacy to each room. The main reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that there was a dripping sound that woke us up each morning in the room we were in. We called property management, and they responded quickly, but the dripping persisted. It was not constant, and it happened mainly in the morning when trying to sleep in. It seemed that when the unit above us ran certain plumbing fixtures, this dripping sound would start until the water turned off, and then it would stop. It is a beautiful unit, and as long as the dripping wasn't a factor, I would stay there again.

Palmyra VRBO for Two Couples

My wife and another couple spent a week in this very nice VRBO in Palmyra. Both bedrooms have king beds and adjoining bathrooms, which we old folks really enjoy. We were there to visit the LDS historical sites and we found the location to be perfect. It is on Main Street in Palmyra and is very convenient to visit the sites. After visiting the sites during the day, we watched movies and played games in the living room. The house is old on the outside but very modern on the inside with some of the old features still present (non-working fireplaces and some original floors). Our bedroom had an abundance of outlets for charging phones, tablets, etc. (That is not always the case in some places.) Parking was very convenient also, just outside the back door. The kitchen was supplied with a good number of dishes and cookware that met our needs for when we ate there. For LDS visitors, this is an ideal place to stay and also for anyone who wants to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of Palmyra. One more thing, it is only a couple of blocks from the Palmyra historical museums and the Erie Canal. Don't know if we will ever be able to visit Palmyra again but this would certainly be our place to stay.

This property is in a great spot if you're planning to visit historical sites related to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It’s been recently remodeled, and the updates are really nice. Everything was clean and well taken care of. That said, it is an old building, and it has that classic “old building” musty smell—it took a little time to get used to.A few things to keep in mind:The Bed: It has a foam mattress. We have a Puffy mattress at home and were excited to see something similar here, but it wasn’t quite the same. It slept hot, and the first night was a bit rough. We ended up switching to a lighter blanket and turning the AC down to 65F, which helped a lot.Lighting: The property is right on Main Street, and there’s a very bright streetlight outside. The sheer curtains in the front room didn’t block much light, so it might be an issue if you're sensitive to that.Noise: There are three rental units on the property. During our stay, some of the other guests were hanging out on the back deck with music playing. It was a little loud, so we just turned up the TV to drown it out.Outdoor Lights: On our last night, one of the other units left their floodlight on, and it lit up our bedroom quite a bit.Even with those minor issues, we’d still consider staying here again. The location and overall feel of the place were great.

Luxury meets Comfort

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was beautifully designed — a perfect blend of luxury and cozy comfort. It was peaceful, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches that made the stay more comfortable. This hidden gem tucked in a historic row house downtown offered the perfect escape. The host was warm and responsive, making everything seamless. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it!
