We had a lovely weekend celebrating a good friend’s wedding! This cottage is the perfect size for a couple, and has tons of high end amenities for a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect, and even though the roads are busy during the day, the outdoor areas still feel private and you can’t hear any of the street noise from inside. The host Patricia is very communicative and responded to any of our inquiries immediately. She also gave us great recommendations for the area since we had to kill time due to a cancelled flight. We definitely would stay here again when we are back to visit our friends!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. It was extremely clean and comfortable. I have trouble traveling due to back issues sleeping but this bed was perfect and I was very comfortable. The home had everything we needed. Great communication from the host, Patricia, also before our stay. Loved the coffee K-pods and Ninja coffee machine! The area is really nice and quiet. There is a nice winery and orchard close by, and some nice restaurants and a grocery store. It isn’t too far from Charlottesville. Plenty to do and see. We loved it.

Lovely cottage

We were in town for wedding at the Clifton and chose this cottage as the price was much less than the hotels in Charlotteville. We were pleasantly surprised about how nice is this cottage is; it is well decorated, very clean and has eveything! The host even had K-cups and sweetener for the coffee maker and a basket of snacks. There is a cute outdoor seating area and fire pit too. The cottage is located near Monticello and some of the local wineries. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone that is looking for a getaway to Charlottesville.
