"This place feels like an odd mix — some aspects feel like a hip boutique hotel while others seem a bit “budget.” There is no actual lobby or dedicated hotel staff in the evening, so you collect your key from the large bar on the ground floor. The rooms are nicely decorated and well appointed (eg, nice bathroom fixtures, Nespresso machine in room), though quite dark. Good location in historic city centre. Nice touches like a refrigerator on the corridor that has bottles of cold filtered water."

"El desayuno es el mismo todos los días, pero bueno. Personalmente no me gustan las gradas si en algún momento incorporan un ascensor sería espectacular. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de todo: restaurantes, supermercados, estación del tren, mall, cine. El personal es muy amable y colaborador. "

"It's a good budget stay but I won't be staying again as the room wasn't very clean. Very hard to sleep at night as its a small room, toilet was out side the room which isn't great and also the shower is out and is a shared toilet and shower. Which when I book I was under the impression it was a Ensuite but its not. Like I said it budget friendly . Hope that helps any one. The staff was good."

"Muy conveniente para dirigirse a la estacion de tren de Reading. Desayuno ingles completo y bueno. Habitacion amplia y comoda, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que era para una persona sola. WiFi buena. Limpieza mejorable. La pega es que a partir de las 3 de la tarde no hay nadie. Es cierto que hay numeros de telefono y responden cuando se les llama, pero prefiero una atencion mas personalizada. La entrada y pasillos, en general, un poco "cutres"."

"HORRIBLE! There is shouting and weird noises in the building! I doubt this is an actual hotel! There was a puddle in my room!! The beds are like prison beds!! "

"This is my hometown and I was visiting from Canada. Lovely room nice and clean. I ended up with an accessible room which was lovely but no drawers or cupboard to store clothes which was a bit odd. Front desk staff awesome and friendly lots of tea and coffee for the room The one gentleman in the restaurant made my stay with giving me ice and being so chipper they breakfasts are a fantastic deal I’ll be back Please consider placing fridges in the room! That was the only annoyance"
