The space
Palmelía Beach Resort is a 3655sqm area located at Brgy Katipunan Buruanga Aklan, from Caticlan Airport it's a 35mins drive.
Our villa is very private and quiet with a stunning sunset view, a front beach and a pool. We only offer our 150 sqm Palm Villa with 4 bedrooms, private bar, a billiard table. outdoor dining table and a cozy lounge.

Room C: 2 Single beds or 2 bunkbeds (Room arrangements available upon request, 2-4 pax)

Room 4: 1 Queen size bed with 1 semi double pull-out bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub. (2-3pax)

We offer a paid service car to pick you up in and out of the airport and some tours.

You can also try to get a van from the airport for Php. 2000 one way or boat ports or just simply hire a tricycle for 300-400 pesos good for 5pax.

📍 Location
• Our property is located on the mainland, not on Boracay Island
• We are situated in Buruanga, Aklan
• Approximately 27 minutes from Caticlan Jetty Port
• Approximately 35 minutes from Caticlan Airport

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Guests are required to submit clear photos of valid IDs for all guests at least 3 days before check-in
• Our team will conduct a property inspection 2 hours before check-out

🍽️ Restaurant & Guest Services
• Restaurant hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Last order: 9:00 PM
• Advance food orders are highly recommended
• We offer services for your food, relaxation, and convenience. Please request our menu for advance orders

💳 Security Deposit
• A ₱3,000 security deposit is required before check-in
• Fully refundable upon check-out, subject to inspection

🚭 Smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa

🐾 Pets
• Pets are allowed, but please ensure they do not scratch or bite furniture
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if pet-related stains or hard-to-clean areas are found

🧹 Cleanliness & Damages
• Any damages inside the property will be charged based on assessed value
• Extra cleaning services will incur additional charges
• Stained towels and bed sheets will be charged accordingly
• For stays of one week or longer: – Towels and bed sheets are changed every 3rd day
– One free weekly cleaning is included

🤫 Noise & Conduct
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No loitering within the premises, especially along the beach.

🏊 Pool Use
• Pool hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

👨‍👩‍👧 Guests & Occupancy
• Children 3 years old and above are counted as adults
• All room arrangements are subject to request and availability

🌱 Environmental Fee
• A ₱100 environmental fee per person is required
• Aklan residents are exempted
