"Fantastic property with great views of the mountains and oceans. Lots of wildlife with monkeys, pizotes, macaw’s, hawks & other beautiful birds. The location was excellent. Easy access to main road with a lot of great restaurants and golf in 10 minute range. Fresh fish, fruits and vegetables also available from roadside vendors. The Infiniti pool was very rejuvinating. Our property manager Olmer was incredible. Lots of local knowledge and available for questions. "

Mark provided loads of good information and stayed in contact with us and the property manager throughout the trip to address any issues that came up. Beds were comfortable and place was fully stocked. I didn’t want to use the a/c but my family did so it came in clutch :) Great location, close to beaches. "

"We were actually the first guests to stay at this property, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, clean, and the ocean view is a beautiful bonus. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Uvita, making the location very convenient.To reach the house, you do need to go through a short rough road, around 150 meters. "The property was well maintained and clean. Came with everything needed for the stay. Very comfortable accommodations! Would highly recommend staying at this property. One issue was difficulty in finding the property. We drove around for an hour in the area trying to find it. Would recommend better lighting and/or signage to avoid this in the future. "

"This villa was perfect for our family of 6. The location is stunning with an impressive view of the ocean. The path down to the beach was steep in places, but the beach was unbelievable! Beautiful sand and lots of space. The kids loved swimming there. The villa is decorated beautifully and fairly well equipped. What utensils/pans we didn't have, we were able to get at the shared outdoor kitchen. The communication with the owner was excellent and the staff handled any issues that arose promptly....
