The modern fully equipped kitchen satisfies all your culinary needs. The private parking space within the property offers space for two medium-sized cars, providing you with maximum comfort. The property has air conditioning heat pumps in all rooms.

- Check-in from 8:00 PM will have an additional cost of €50 and from 10:00 PM, €100, after midnight (00:00), €150 which will be paid in cash upon arrival.



Rules:



- Smoking is prohibited inside the building. If you wish to smoke, you can do so outside and make sure you do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.



- The use of the fireplace is not permitted during your stay.



- Keep order and cleanliness at all times.



- You will be responsible for the rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate the rubbish into the corresponding bins and place it in the designated location.



- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.



- It is not permitted to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you wish to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
