Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire home, including the backyard, pool, grill, and driveway with carport. Please note supply closets in the hallway near the bathroom and the bedroom are reserved for storage and are not accessible. Entry is via a keypad on the front door — code provided upon booking before check-in.

Booking Requirements & Verification To finalize your reservation, we kindly require a government-issued photo ID and a signed rental agreement. Please note that the minimum age to rent is 25 years. In addition, note that for stays exceeding 30 days, a security deposit is mandatory. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding credit card fraud; all fraudulent activity will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Pet Policy We are so happy to welcome your furry family member to our home! To help us keep the property pristine and ensure a deep-clean for our future guests, we include a one-time $150 Pet Fee per stay. This covers the additional professional sanitation required to keep our home fresh and allergen-free for everyone. To ensure a seamless stay, please coordinate pet arrangements with us in advance. Please be advised that unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $500.
We want you and your pup to have the best time! To keep our pool crystal clear and safe for everyone, please note that pets are not permitted in the pool water, as the fur can quickly impact the filtration system. For everyone's safety, pets must be supervised at all times. We also kindly ask that you scoop after your pet immediately to keep the yard pristine for your stay. Please be aware that an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged if pet waste is not left on the premises.
While we do not charge pet fees for service animals, guests remain responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning costs incurred. This includes the immediate removal and disposal of all animal waste to maintain the pristine condition of the yard.

Pool Heating The pool can be heated (85F Max) for your enjoyment at a rate of $90 per night (with a two-night minimum), which covers the cost of propane. As it takes approximately 8 hours to reach the optimal temperature, please submit your heating request at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The pool heating cost must be paid while submitting your heating request.
Smoking & Property Care Our home is a strictly smoke-free property. To maintain the integrity of our space, any violation of this policy will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 cleaning fee, and full liability for any fire or property damage.
Illegal Substances: For the safety of our guests and staff, the use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. This includes the use of needles for non-medical purposes. The discovery of biohazardous waste or drug-related paraphernalia will result in immediate eviction without refund and the recovery of all costs associated with specialized cleaning, property restoration, and professional remediation in addition to any city-imposed fines.
Neighborhood Etiquette As part of our commitment to our local community, we strictly enforce occupancy limits and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. We do not provide external speakers or sound systems. Please be aware that noise ordinance violations are subject to local fines, which can reach up to $10,000.
Events & Gatherings Parties or events are not permitted. Unauthorized gatherings will be subject to immediate closure and applicable fines.
Health, Safety, & Maintenance Your health and safety are our highest priorities. While we work with professional third-party vendors for property maintenance, we cannot always guarantee their individual adherence to PPE standards. For your peace of mind, we strongly encourage guests to deny entry to any contractor who does not meet your personal safety expectations or current CDC guidelines.
Security Camera To ensure the safety of our guests and the home, we have exterior security cameras monitoring the front and back entry points. Your privacy is our priority—these devices are limited to outdoor areas only and are in place to help provide a secure and worry-free environment for your stay.
Damages Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Please treat the property with care and report any damages to the host immediately. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the payment method on file. Normal wear and tear is expected and will not be charged.

Parking & Occupancy Vehicle Limit: Only 3 vehicles are allowed at the property at any time. All cars must be parked in the driveway before utilizing street parking. No Parties: The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. For this home, 6 adults plus 2 children age 12 or under is the limit. No daytime "guests of guests" are allowed beyond the city-mandated limit.
Pool Safety & Rules Swim at Your Own Risk: No lifeguard is on duty. No Glass by the Pool: Please use the provided plastic/acrylic "shatterproof" dishware for all food and drinks in the backyard. Pool Chimes: You will notice chimes on the doors leading to the pool. These are a safety requirement by the city to alert adults when a child has exited the house. Please do not disable them. No Diving: Our pool is designed for lounging and relaxing. Please, no diving or rough play.
Pets & Trash Leash Law: If you brought a furry friend, they must be on a leash whenever they are outside the fenced backyard. Trash: Please do not leave trash bags visible from the street. Use the designated bins provided.
