This rental was perfect for a girls' weekend getaway. We loved the fact that it had 2 king beds (not queen) and the room with 2 beds were full size. The couch was large and easily accommodated six people. It was a great setup for a friend's visit. The house had everything we needed. The location was close to downtown. The pool was great but it would be much easier to get out if there were a handrail by the steps. The inside and outside decor were great for pictures!

The one big complaint is the TV/streaming. After figuring out the living room tv & remote, we tried to stream a movie. Pretty unacceptable…buffering every 7-8 mins. Tried resetting the Wiifii. Worked for getting the tv to work but they need to fix the buffering. At my house we use “eeros” for that.

Two things we look for in a Palm Springs rental is it has to have a spa and a covered outside area. This had both. The vibe was unique mid century I'd say. Owner got back to us immediately when we had any questions. Spa nice and hot with good jets. The three of us enjoyed our stay.

Overall the property was as advertised. NicelyAppointed kitchen. Comfortable beds and an amazing outdoor pool and patio that keeps you in the shade when needed and sunny when you want. Great place for the price.

Could not have been better. The space was gorgeous, the pool was perfect and the house was pretty well stocked so it was easy to make meals there daily. Can’t wait to return!

The place is cute and cozy and the pool and hot tub were great! The sink and showers were funky. They smelled like sewer and sputtered air. When I brushed my teeth it tasted really off. My skin was itchy after a shower. Otherwise it was fine.

We had an amazing month in Palm Springs and Rancho Relaxo. The location cannot be beat and the Mid-Century Modern neighborhoods are so cool with the mountains as a backdrop. The star of the show is the fantastic backyard with huge pool and hot tub. Plenty of toys for the pool and yard. Paul has two lemon trees and a fabulous pink grapefruit tree. The Shag (artist) interior with awesome art. Truly a little slice of heaven!!

The house is great and the backyard is spectacular. Very clean and fabulous Art on the walls. We did have a slight objection to the warning signs posted throughout the house. For example, there was a sign on the refrigerator saying that we needed to make sure we closed the left door first - otherwise the refrigerator would overheat and we would incur a charge on our bill. There were signs like this on the glass table and in the shower. We are middle-aged adults and felt that this was unnecessary. Aren’t these the costs that go into renting out one’s home in general? Also, one night in the middle of the night the security alarm went off for hours for no reason - waking us all up. There was no information in the house about how to turn it off and there was no reason that it should have gone off in the first place. So these two factors put a slight damper on our experience. If these things could be fixed, the house would be stellar.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this property. The upbeat vibe of the furnishings and art work, the fabulous outdoor space with pool and fruit/lemon trees with views of the mountains. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown. Communication was terrific. One issue was resolved quickly. We were sad to leave this oasis in Palm Springs.
