Life On Tennessee Avenue

Kate and Paul are wonderful hosts.The house is always in good shape with many upgrades every year.Everything is taken care of from the pool to garden to BBQ.All your needs are well thought out.Always happy to get there and sad to leave.

Close to a lot of great golf courses

We liked the area for golf and it was close to shopping and Costco. The time of year may be the cause but we hardly sat outside or use the pool they were in the shade a lot. But the hot tub was nice after a long day on the course. There was a dog next door that liked to bark when golfers came through or we were outside and he could hear us. My husband enjoyed the Direct TV to watch the World Jr hockey tournament. Paul the host was right on it when we found out the dryer wasn't heating up. Thanks for a great stay.

Summer vacation

After three years of not being able to travel due to Covid my wife and I were really looking forward to a holiday in Palm Springs. We were not disappointed and our choice of house rental couldn’t have been better. There is everything you need at Paul’s place and I mean everything. Check in is so easy and stress free. We felt so relaxed for the whole month we rented. There’s also a nice welcome gift awaiting you when you arrive.

A wonderful home away from home!

We rented this beautiful home for a month and could not have been happier. The house itself has a spacious layout, the furnishings are new and comfortable, and the decor is lovely. The kitchen is updated and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient--close to El Paseo, College of the Desert, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Extras abound--the wonderful pool and spa, billards, bicycles, books and games, a stationary bike for exercise, and even bocce ball out on the golf course after the golfers have vacated. Add to that the extremely nice and responsive owners, and you have the perfect home away from home!

SECOND VISIT JUST AS WONDERFUL AS THE FIRST

We thoroughly enjoyed our second time staying at Paul's house for a month. It was just as wonderful as the first. The property is a peaceful oasis in a central location, just minutes from whatever you need or want. Paul takes great care of the property and keeps it well stocked with whatever guests might need. With beautiful poolside, mountain and golf course views, plus comfortable beds, there is little reason to venture abroad. Looking forward to a third stay.

This was our 3rd stay at the property and as always the experience was fantastic. The home is close to all amenities, it's comfortable, homey and has everything you need to enjoy your time off. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and cares about the small details that make the difference between just average vs fantastic.

Amazing pool great location

We had a great stay. Even though it was Uber hot in Palm Dessert, having a pool made all the difference. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. My kids didn't want to leave at the end and that says alot. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Palm Desert Stay

We stayed at this lovely home in Palm Desert for a month and it was fantastic. Some of the highlights included the heated pool and spa along with the wonderful patio and fire pit. The views of the mountains and golf course are truly breathtaking and if you like spending time relaxing outdoors but with a nice cup of coffee or glass of wine only a few steps away, this place is for you. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Never once did I say, “I need this”. The owner, Paul, has thought of everything from pool floats to bikes complete with air pump. And dealing with Paul was great. We had some unplanned changes in travel plans and he was so very accommodating. This was truly one of the nicest VRBO stays we have had.

The home has everything you need

The home has everything you needWe are golfers and we enjoyed the golf course being in the backyard and it’s very close to the higher and expensive courses that we played a couple times also. The hot tub and pool were very enjoyable and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and they furnishA lot of the necessities like shampoo soap towels and other hygiene products so you do not have to go out and purchase any. The television system and fire place were very enjoyable also. Great for a family of four or six people

The house is very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, and pool amazing. Check in out easy, great communication, spacious rooms, pack n play if needed, aerobed if needed, tons of pool floats, very clean and organized house, lots of pool towels, everything you would need in kitchen. Little get away

Great home for a little get away with friends and family. Private pool that is clean and Paul even has pool floaties to use if you dont bring any. Patio is peaceful for a morning cup of coffee to just start off the day. Wonderful place to stay. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks for the great experience.

Beautiful Home!

I would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again. It was very clean and comfortable. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are updated. All amenities were available. The owner was available for any issue that came up (super minor shower issue that was resolved in less than 10 minutes). The pool is beautiful and very private. The view of the golf course was so beautiful. Definitely a 5 star!!

Amazing house and amenities

Paul's house was an amazing getaway with all the amenities you could want and more. Generally I find vacation homes will have cups/plates/etc, but not some of the essential necessities like butter/oil/etc. He had everything! Ziplocks, foil, etc. This was a great plus. Also the bathrooms were extremely well stocked with nice shampoos and soaps. His outside space was absolutely amazing! My friends and I would definitely come back and stay here again if we were in the area. Also - Paul is super communicative and wants to make sure you have a great time. Unfortunately with both working and doing an MBA, I was rather sparse on communication but he was always there to answer within hours.

Amazing home!

Where do I begin? This house is amazing, the owners have thought of everything in stocking their home! This was our 3rd winter in Palm Desert, and the best rental we have had by far! From pool toys to makeup mirrors for us ladies! Pool towels, speaker outside to listen to music, comfy patio furniture to sit and watch the golfers! The beds were also very comfy, which isn’t usually true with rentals. We arrived to this very clean home, and what do we find, a gift! We had no issues during our 2 months, except a little blip with the Direct Tv, which Paul had fixed immediately! The owners really take care of the house! Our 2 months was fantastic, and so excited to be returning next year! Within arriving this year, we knew the first week we wanted to return next year and contacted Paul immediately! If you are travelling to the area, this would be a great home for your vacation. It has absolutely everything you need!

What a wonderful house!

Very nice!

We loved the layout of the house. We were in Palm Desert for our niece’s wedding and the location was perfect! Wish we got to spend more time at the house but we were busy with the festivities!
