We had issues from the very beginning, the communication was very tedious and slow. We called and left a voicemail and a text 5 days before our check-in date, we also sent an email asking if early check-in would be available but we never heard anything back until the day before we arrived so we had to make arrangements to leave our luggage somewhere else at an extra cost. Upon check-in we noticed that a lot of items shown in the listing didn’t match the actual current conditions of the property, several were missing or broken. For example: the patio umbrellas next to the pool chairs were all missing. Bedding and couches had stains in them and some of the furniture was broken, patio cushions were worn out, some ripped. We also lost Internet two days after checking in and it was never fixed so for some of us that planned to do some work, it was impossible so we had to leave every day to use the Internet elsewhere so that we could do our work. There was no propane for the outdoor fire pit so we had to buy our own and also to get charcoal to use the outdoor grill. We also lost power for about four hours overnight, we woke up because it was very hot in the house and that’s when we noticed that we didn’t have any electricity at all. Internet never got fixed so we were not able to use the TV or watch movies or do anything that required Internet. One of the beds broke so the guest staying in that room had to sleep elsewhere. They need a major update on outdoor items and bedding

OK, but not great

Thankful to find a rental within a couple weeks of our visit. Beds and furniture were comfy. Plenty of dishes for our group. But, renters need to read the description and review photos closely. There was only one shower big enough for adults. One very small shower. Master bath only had bathtub. No oven and limited counter space. Pool wasn’t heated when we arrived even though we paid a steep fee. We had to contact someone every time we wanted to use the jacuzzi. The firepit didn’t work and looks like it hasn’t been since a review from 2 months ago.

Girls trip

My group was a group of lady friends from college, on a yearly trip together. The house was ok, neighborhood felt safe. Who ever took the photos for this listing did a great job. It’s not a super nice house, but was just ok. A few odd things about the house: The double bedroom/game room is a converted garage. One of the other bedrooms closet doors was broken. There was an odd stain on the couch which we could only guess what is was from. We were looking for a nicer house but it was a busy events weekend in Palm Springs so not a lot available. We did enjoy the outside area, we had the pool heated and it was lovely. The grass turf was clean and well maintained. Only weird thing was the house rules included no glass by the pool, a given to me…but then there was only glass and ceramic drinking cups available. Management was extremely responsive so no issues there. Overall a fine house but nothing to call home about. We will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Great place for a large group

We had a great time staying here, it is close to downtown and the space is great, 3 outdoor areas with the pool and hot tub and a fire pit area as well. Unfortunately the fire pit wasn't working when we were there. The bedrooms are very nice as well. The living room furniture could use a cleaning, but that would be our only suggestion, everything else was great.

Will stay again

Excellent property. Probably one of the best I’ve stayed at. I took my teen daughters and their friends and they loved it. The location was close to town, it was very clean and well stocked with essentials like pool towels, kitchen appliances, salt & pepper, coffee filters, etc. Check in process was easy and efficient. My girls and their friends loved it and are already planning to come back again next year.

Spring Break escape

Booked for 2 nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Spacious inside and out. More than enough space for the 4 of us. Close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, the aerial tramway. Host was great. We will definitely be coming back!
