Beautiful home with a private master bedroom and private casita. Host was great at check-in and available by text if needed. We spent two weeks with our three young adult children, one with her fiancé. The bedroom and bathroom set-up was perfect for our group. We especially loved the 1/2 bath off the family room so we weren't invading anyone's space for a quick trip to the loo. The kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked several meals at the home and there wasn't anything we couldn't find. The pool/spa was heaven and the heating system worked well. We swam in the rain several times! And my favorite part by far was the amazing view - same from the full wall of floor to ceiling windows as it is from the outside. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and glancing left toward the pool with the San Jacinto mountain backdrop to remind us we were in paradise. Lastly, we've stayed in many VRBOs and this is the first that did not require us to strip beds, clean out the fridge, etc, which made check-out much easier. All in all a wonderful trip.

Desert X Visit to PSP

Very spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Plus a nice pool and hot tub. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Retreat in the Sun

Light, bright and roomy, this home boasts stunning mountain views with several private outdoor areas with modern pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. The modern indoor kitchen is more than adequately furnished with accessories. The two en-suite bathrooms, one full bathroom and one powder are great for many guests.

Perfect Palm Springs Vacation Home

The house was just as pictured on the website. It was beautifully decorated and was fully stocked with everything you need from Napkins to Laundry detergent to pool toys. The TV selections were good, not just one or two channels. The house makes your feel like you are on vacation and easily relaxes you. The location was perfect in that it is a moderate walk to shops and restaurants. Grady was a great manager who came at night to check in our family members when flights changed. He is very responsive and was available for any questions. Checkout was phenomenal as we did not have to clean or change sheets. The owners do make you feel like a guest and not a renter. We will be booking this house again. It was a great value for the price.

Gorgeous property

This home was amazing, beautifully tended to both inside and out. Waking up to the incredible Mountain View’s and catching the sunsets were my favorite part. The inside of the home is wonderful too, it was a perfect property for friends and I was so impressed on how quiet it was. It was well stocked with everything we needed and was such an easy and fun stay.

Perfect Weekend

This was our 14th annual college trip, but it was our first time to this home and Palm Springs. We really loved the house. It fit four adults comfortably, and we liked the centralized kitchen/living room setup. It was just a lovely place to catch up.

Amazing Oasis

We are frequent visitors to Palm Spring and this is an excellent property to host family or a small gathering of friends. The layout is perfect with an excellent appointed kitchen (everything including a roasting pan to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal), three well-sized bedrooms and a wonderful casita. The outdoor space is awesome with lots of sitting areas, BBQ and of course a pool and spa. We will be looking to book again in the future!

Fabulous

The house was exactly as listed. Clean, well stocked and lots to do. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Grady met us at the house and walked us through the little nuances of the house (lighting, extra stuff, places to visit, etc). That was an extra nice touch. The property was close to what we needed and a great place for us to stay. We will go back and stay here. It was great!

Attending a wedding in Palm Springs and choose this home because it was 5 minutes from the wedding venue. Beautiful home, clean, fully stocked and great location. Grady, the property manager was there when we arrived. Can't wait to go back!!

Cute time in hot Palm Springs

House was more than advertised. Clean, well appointed for dining/drinking/relaxing, comfortable for 8 adults. Close to downtown and Old Las Palmas. Spent most of the time in the pool due to the heat wave (great umbrellas). Had a problem with the tankless hot water heater but was handled by the property manager.

Pretty home

House is gorgeous and perfect set up for larger groups. Has a very well stocked kitchen as well. There were a few incidents like sewage smell that I guess has been an ongoing thing, and we had one of the house large pool rafts explode and had to deal with the little white beads literally all over the patio and pool. These things were addressed in a timely manner however. All in all a great home and area.

Perfect house and location for a Girls Trip!

We love this house and the layout. It was perfect for our group of age 60+ women. There were a few minor hiccups, but the house manager was prompt and arrived quickly to fix the issues. The location is perfect – within 10 to 12 minutes of the airport and the restaurants, bars, and shopping of downtown Palm Springs. I highly recommend this home for the perfect getaway.

Awesome stay during Thanksgiving break

We had an amazing time at this home during Thanksgiving break. Great quiet location, clean and very well appointed for our extended family. We spent many hours in the heated pool and hot tub. Grady met us on site to check us in and show us the home. Would definitely recommend if planning a trip to Palm Springs.

Perfect Palm springs Destination

We met Grady at the house, earlier than check in which was so awesome. Gary was very friendly and you could tell that takes alot of pride in his home. The house is decorated beautifully, love all the artwork and attention to detail. The house was very inviting and had everything we needed. All the rooms were beautiful and spacious. The pool is incredible! The pool umbrellas provided the perfect amount of shade. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to have a fabulous Palm Springs getaway! Kindly, Diana

Beautiful and Comfy Oasis

Our friends and family enjoyed the gorgeous property with nice amenities ( lots of towels, soaps, lotion, stocked kitchen). The multiple rooms / bathrooms was wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the refreshing pool and relaxed on the comfy couch for movies. The casita was so comfy and tucked away for privacy ( my sister took a few work meetings and it was perfect). The are spectacular Mountain Views and the location was convenient and close to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Would Definitely stay again.! P.s. We accidentally left behind a treasured stuffed animal that Grady helped return. Thanks Grady!!!
