This house is SUPERB! Josh met us at the property, gave us a thorough walk through and was super responsive with any questions we had later. Three of us went for our annual post Thanksgiving girls’ trip and have nothing but great things to say about this peaceful and private residence. It’s minutes from downtown near the Movie Colony area. The kitchen was fully equipped, and included a variety of glassware for indoors and at the pool. Ping pong was fun and we especially enjoyed the fireplace inside and fire pits outside. Beds were super comfortable, the spa was great and we enjoyed playing cards and games around the dining room table. We loved the decor and definitely recommend this place! I’d stay at this “Sanctuary” again next time I go to Palm Springs.

Host was welcoming however, there were a few items needing repair. Kitchen sink faucet was loose making it difficult to swivel. Both hot & cold faucets on the right sink in master bath leaked so much I had to wrap a towel around them. Don't know about the left hand sink because we didn't use it. Kitchen breaker needs beefing up to accommodate both Microwave & toaster at the same time and step into main living space from garage has a 2-3 inch height difference which we tripped over twice. Maybe a yellow strip on the floor to alert the guest. But, all that being said, the house was great. Loved the fireplace, living room was gorgeous, master bedroom cosy and comfortable. We would stay here again but would hope to have the "problem" items fixed before we go back. Thanks for the memories!!!

This is such a beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard (one of the best we've ever had). And our host, Kenny/Josh were just wonderful to work with.Hoping this property is available next year when we visit Palm Springs again.

I stayed here with my wife, mother, and 3 month old son. The property was absolutely perfect- super clean and great amenities. Check in (and check out) was easy and communication was clear and prompt. The company’s motto is “ Better Properties & Personal Service” and they definitely delivered on both of these principles. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again during my next trip.

Weekend Getaway

Went to get some pool time and sun for the 4th of July. Property was clean and comfortable. Fans everywhere including outside provide a nice breeze. Pool was the perfect temperature and the umbrellas on the tanning shelf were key for some much needed shade. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well. Only 5 min from the grocery store to grab stuff if needed. Overall it was a great trip and we even extended for an extra day of relaxation.

Fantastic property with nice saltwater pool and spa, privacy hedge, upscale neigborhood, firepits, barbeque, multiple cool spaces inside and out. Easy access to airport and downtown. Owners were great to work with and check-in and check-out seamless. Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway!

Nice neighborhhod, immaculate house, nice warm salt water pool and hot spa. Plenty of little sitting areas in the front and back, some with fire features. Well laid out floor plan and great privacy in the backyard. We will definitely come back here. And it's only a mile and a half from downtown.

Palm Springs Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed with our two adult nieces and didn't feel the need to leave the property during our stay, it was clean, had all of the necessary amenities. The backyard was our own little oasis for rest, relaxation and fun. Communication was on point with our hosts (Kenny & John) and they were nice enough to even ship back a few things we accidentally left. We would start any future Palm Springs planning with Dry Heat Resorts.

Couldn’t Ask For More

Our property manager met us at the house and walked us through everything we needed to know. This was a very simple process, and he remained available to us, via text or phone call for our entire stay. This house had more amenities than any other vacation rental that we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with dishes, appliances and pot and pans. There was, also, a cupboard full of an array of spices…so good! The pool and spa were easy to operate and clean. We will definitely stay here again. operate

Perfect PS Stay!

We could not have been happier with this property - Sanctuary indeed! The home sits perfectly for views of the mountains, afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets. No details are spared, from the stocked kitchen, fresh linens and several areas to cozy up with a good book - if you can tear yourself away from the sparkling pool. The home is completely private, quiet and safe for your furry kids. Centrally located to all of the best dining spots in town. Kenny and John made booking and checking in/out a breeze. We look forward to returning soon!

Palm Springs Resort House

The property was exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need for any type of meal that you would cook. The pool and backyard was just like a resort. Lots of poolside glasses, dishes and platters. Definitely will go back again.
