The place is basically its own resort

Pictures don't do this property justice. We were amazed by how large the house and the grounds were - we had more than enough space to spread out and do all the available activities simultaneously. The house was stocked with every necessity, making it really easy to settle in. Owner and property manager went above and beyond to make sure every one of our needs were addressed. Could not recommend more!

Best vacation rental ever!

This property was amazing. The house was fully stocked with everything needed- chef kitchen, pool lounge chairs, pool games, outdoor games- anything and everything needed. The house was immaculate and beautiful. This is a 10 star plus property!!

Even more than we expected!

If we could give this property 10 stars, we would. The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, very clean and well appointed. Great location, close to downtown and the backyard is just unbelievable. Debbie was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We highly recommend this home....you will not be disappointed!

Great Vacation Getaway!

The house equaled, if not surpassed our expectations in all categories. The layout of the house was particularly good with the bedrooms grouped together near the back of the house. (The primary suite was huge!) All the bathrooms were sparkling and well-appointed. The common areas were spacious, comfortably furnished and varied, enabling tv watchers and games players to gather in different settings. The backyard was amazing with a delightful pool for cooling off and socializing, several well-shaded conversation areas, and a large grass-covered volleyball court. Our 20 and 30 somethings loved the outdoor games (including badminton) and numerous others. The pool had a large shallow "shelf" that was perfect for our 15-month old grandson to play in with his water wings. All of us enjoyed ourselves immensely here and we certainly hope to return for another holiday weekend. I should add that because of Covid, we didn't really go out, so the 8 of us entertained ourselves quite comfortably at Araby Commons, with plenty of spaces to gather or to be alone. We've rented numerous homes in the Palm Springs area over the years and this was one of the very best! MaryAnn and Debby were very friendly and helpful between booking, check-in and check-out.

Summer staycation

This was a great place to stay at! My kids and family all loved it. The house is well kept, fully stocked, and very spacious. We were lacking of nothing while staying there. The backyard was huge with plenty of pool toys and games for kids and adults. I enjoyed the Baja shelf with plenty of umbrellas for shade. The rental process was super easy. Communication with the owner Maryann and the property manager Debbie was super easy. Overall a great experience and definitely a great choice for our family summer staycation!

Great Stay

The moment you walk in , you are WOW'd by this home. Our stay at this home was amazing and relaxing! I would definitely recommend for your stay at this beautiful home. The communication with the host/management was very smooth. The home was very clean and all appliances were working with no issue or complication. Definitely worth your stay!

Quality Time with Family

A family of four adults, four our teenagers and the pet dog spent three days in the heat but we had a wonderful time. Plenty of pool time, meals together and the house was perfect for our group. We spent quality time together inside and outside. This house is set up perfectly for family and enjoying being together or being alone. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful oasis -- well-maintained & attention to detail

The property and house are beautiful and well maintained. A lot of attention to detail. Clean. The pool and outdoor areas are wonderful with tons of games and seating areas. BBQ was spotless. The host have really thought of everything! It is a bummer not to listen to music by the pool -- so know Palm Springs rules before you go. We had a great time reuniting with family and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Property!

Our family of 6 and 2 dogs had a truly fabulous stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and is in a great location very close to so many wonderful restaurants. The backyard is amazing. We used the heated pool and spa, fire pit, and bocce court every day. The well maintained, lush lawn is awesome and huge and we had a blast playing volleyball, badminton, and croquet and our dogs had even more fun playing together. Literally everything you need to enjoy your time is provided. The beds are super comfortable and outfitted with luxury linens, there are ample soft and fluffy towels, and everything was extremely clean. MaryAnn and Debby are really communicative and a pleasure to work with. They thought of every detail to make this a first class destination. We would not hesitate to come here again! Thanks so much for a great family getaway!

Beautiful home! Wonderful vacation weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for a family or group of friends. Spacious interior with all the amenities needed. Large and very well kept backyard with a pool/spa and outdoor games for entertaining. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor dining, including the outdoor grill. Amazing weekend getaway. Lovely place for family vacation

Super lovely and comfortable house and property. Great for extended family stay — nice to hang out on the property, cooking, hanging out by the pool, enjoying the fire pit, etc. Convenient access to fantastic trail system plus golf, tennis, bike rides, etc. Due to COVID we avoided much in person shopping but that is quite conveniently located too. Highly recommend!

Absolute Perfection!

This Palm Springs rental was absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful, very clean, impeccably organized, and FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a resort style yard! The pool was so much fun for our kids, they swam almost all day long! All the outdoor toys and furniture provided make it a very very comfortable stay. The Mountain View’s are stunning and the landscaping is very well maintained. The owner and manager are always available to help and communicate. The experience was seamless and flawless. We will be renting this home again soon!

Our Stay In Palm Springs

The property was very clean and open. Beds were comfy, kitchen fully stocked with everything including spices and all that you need. The pool was beautiful and clean and the seating outside was great. All towels were provided both inside and outside. We all had a wonderful stay and would go back again and again.
