Park in the circular driveway out front and enter the Paloma House to discover a groovy and glam lounge room complete with a luxurious retro-styled sea green velvet lounge setting, large TV, and record player along with a selection of albums to get you feeling the 60’s vibe. Further along is the dining room - with its eclectic gold foil bamboo wallpaper - where you can sit down and feast, enjoying access to the fully equipped kitchen on one side and fabulous pool views and access on the other. The kitchen features a built-in ice-maker with a 50lb. capacity so your frozen cocktails by the pool will be plentiful.
Take a journey through each room of the house, and you’ll discover a colorful collection of wallpapers that deliver a glam Palm Springs style, complimented perfectly by wall art consistent with the period.
The creature comforts of the stylish interiors give way to the magnificent outdoor facilities, including a private pool (heated upon request) and huge 8-seater spa. There’s also a dining table for al fresco enjoyment, abundant sun lounges to work on that tan, and cute yellow and white striped pool umbrellas for shade.
Head around the corner and there’s more fiesta fun to take in with a firepit complete with bright yellow rocks, 8 colored chairs and mountain views. And you can let the games begin with an oversized chess set, full bocce ball court and bonus putting green.
The Paloma House was originally created by celebrated builder Jack Meiselman, who was responsible for building a number of midcentury modern homes in the Palm Springs area during the 1950s and 1960s.

Monte Vista Room Wake up to the spectacular mountain views from the luxury of your king-size bed with hotel quality mattress and linens in the Monte Vista Room. You also get a television plus direct access to the games area and firepit.
The Kahlo Casita A larger room away from the rest of the house, The Kahlo Casita features Frida hanging on the wall and gives you a hotel quality king-size bed, its own private en-suite bathroom, ample closet space, mini-fridge, television, and mountain views through the glass sliders.

Housekeeping - mid stay cleanings required for stays over 14 nights a minimum of every 14 days of your stay. Guest will be billed for additional cleanings every 2 weeks and scheduled to meet guest needs. These additional cleanings are $525 per cleaning and include a complete linen turnover and amenities refresh. Daily/Weekly cleaning are available if requested with additional fees.
Host with the Most can be available for anything you need & will greet you in person within 24 hours of your arrival.

This home allows a maximum of 8 adults plus 2 kids 12 and under.
There are strict music, noise, and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated.
No more than 4 vehicles may be parked at this home during your stay.
All activities must be taken inside by 10 pm to comply with the city wide quiet hours ... and to be good neighbors.
A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the rental guidelines and rules and all adult guest names listed on the contract.
Pool heating is optional at a rate of $95 per night of your visit. Spa heating is included with your reservation and can be heated on demand.
• This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, and we do have MANY breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise children at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed.
• NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day.
•There are noise ordinances here in PS, so NO MUSIC is allowed outside on any device at ANY TIME. In addition, there can be no outdoor noise after 10PM. There is NO MUSIC ALLOWED OUTSIDE. NO music on your phone, bluetooth device - NO MUSIC. If someone reports you to the City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ANY & ALL fines and you can and will be subject to removal from the property with no refund for unused time. The minimum charge is $500 if they are called out and if a complaint is made to our staff, city compliance, or the police, and/or citation is issues you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund - so PLEASE have fun but bring it inside after 10PM and remember about the music being a NO NO at anytime outdoors - not even inside with doors open so it can be heard outside.
• 12.5% tax has been charged as a “Transient Occupancy Tax” per the City of Palm Springs requirements for any stays under 28 nights.
•Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to TOT tax.
•An outside contract is required by the city of Palm Springs will need to be read and signed prior to your visit. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. The responsible guest on the reservation will also need to provide a photo of their government issued ID as required for short term rentals in the city of Palm Springs and must be present for the stay.
•All guests will need to read and sign the Good Neighbor Form and a face to face greeting at check in is required.
-Surveillance or recording devices on property - Ring camera at front entry and side gates to monitor entrance and noise monitoring device inside main living area and pool area. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
Failure of Tenant to adhere to City regulations will be considered a breach of this rental agreement. Furthermore, Tenant recognizes the right of the manager to ask Tenant and Tenant's guests to vacate the unit immediately if it becomes necessary without a refund of the rental amount.
•Missing &/or stained LINENS will be charged to the guest at the current rate for replacement. ANY BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS will be charged to the guest accordingly.

Lovely Home
This home was a delightful place to stay and host thanksgiving! The kitchen is a small galley kitchen, but very well-stocked. The main house has 3 bedrooms just of the main living area, so the Casita was a pleasant reprieve for anyone wanting some quiet time (or a different temperature with a grandparent in the house!).
The pool and Hot-Tub were wonderful. Unlike many homes on VRBO, the heating was included in our rental fee.. That can make a huge difference in price, but it is also not uncommon for the heating to be complicated or broken. Our experience in this home was exactly the opposite, which made life with kids much more pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!
