If you are in search of a beautiful, private home in south Palm Springs, Palmera is it! This home is located in quiet Tahquitz River Estates in south Palm Springs, walking distance to Chabad and South Palm Canyon restaurants and just a 5 minute drive to downtown shops and nightlife.

The living room has comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a modern glass rock gas fireplace. French doors open out to the rear outdoor living area and a wall of glass opens to a small private patio.

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. Viking Range, dishwasher, built in microwave, and refrigerator with filtered water and ice. There is a high top table with 6 stools which looks out to the pool through French doors on one side and a 32” inch TV on the opposite.

The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, a 50” TV, and a small sitting area for reading or relaxing. The en-suite bath has a large white marble shower and an all marble dual vanity. In a nod to European design, the bathroom is open to the bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 50” TV and a spacious sitting area with a sofa. The en-suite bath has a relaxing rain shower with access to both the pool and spa and single floating vanity.

The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is equipped with a 37” TV, and a small desk and chair….perfect for focus time or office space. This bedroom utilizes the guest bathroom in the hallway which has a large shower with yellow marble and single vanity.

Step out to the beautiful outdoors where you can enjoy the gorgeous unobstructed mountain views and enjoy the outdoor kitchen with a large grill, burners, sinks, granite counters and an 8 person dining table and chairs. The outdoor living room includes a sofa and two chairs and an outdoor fireplace. Due to the city noise ordinance, the outside TV has been removed. The saltwater pool and spa both include a multi-color light system, an all-around bench, a waterfall, and an in-pool umbrella to stay cool. Take a break on the cozy poolside cabana with a 2-person bed.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however, you are responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is not pet-friendly. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
