Lovely Property!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The house is stylish and comfortable with all the amenities we needed and more. The backyard is beautiful and serene with plenty of space to spread out. We were looking for a quiet getaway and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property. The house was immaculately clean. We watched TV a bit using our own apps but didn't spend much time inside because it was so pleasant outside. We will definitely be visiting again and can't wait to stay at this property next time!

Friends Getaway

Beautiful outdoor space where we enjoyed visiting and laughing with friends. The pool and hotub were a perfect temperature. Lots of seating in the sun and shade - we loved it!

Long time Palm Springs visitors.

We’ve stayed in many PS houses, this one has good points and not so good points. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. The location is great, easy walk to grocery store and downtown. The house was clean except for the cement floor and there were tiny ants on the kitchen counter which we’ve never experienced before in PS. There is only one TV in the house and one in the casita. The only way we could watch live national channels (ABC, CBS, NBC) was for me to open a UTube-TV+ account, which I was reimbursed for. It was March Madness week and we were all anxious to watch. Artwork is lovely but would prefer televisions in the bedrooms. And the WiFi was not very consistent for the two weeks we were there.

Beautiful classic home and well located for everything

The house and location are perfect. Everything around town was easily accessible from the Racquet Club neighborhood including groceries, downtown shops, museums, as well as the airport. The living room automatic fireplace was a nice touch for quiet evenings. This classic butterfly roof Alexander home does not disappoint!

Beautiful home! Pride of ownership

Wow this place is amazing. We stayed with my niece her husband and their young family. We had the best time. The house is close to the grocery and to several playgrounds and an amazing library.

Perfect Home for a PS Getaway

Will definitely consider renting this home again. Clean and comfortable with all the mod cons. The outside is large with plenty of seating for relaxing by the pool.

The property is great, pool and hot tub were wonderful. The second house on property also makes it a nice spot for multi family vacationing. Bring extra TP, paper towels and garbage bags as the house is not stocked with enough for a week long rental.

Fabulous property

We had a great time staying in this property in Palm Springs. We were able to check in early thanks to Josh and found everything we needed straight away. Very stylish decor where the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We particularly loved the outdoor space, especially the pool and hot tub. The property is 5 mins drive to downtown Palm Springs where there are plenty of great restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

Sweet Sixty Birthday

This was a wonderful property for my girlfriends and I. We were all celebrating our 60th year around the sun. It's walkable to downtown for shopping, the backyard is an oasis. We were by the pool everyday and by the firepit everynight. One star off for communication, no robes or slippers available as stated in the listing also check out time was listed at 11am on the paper work and I was told it was actually 10, so we ended up having to hussle, but no big deal. Joshua the property manager was great!! I'll be back!!!

Mid-century Modern Escape

Nice mid-century modern property located in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, just a few minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs. Booking with Alison was quick and required only a minimal number of email/document exchanges. Checking in and out with the local property manager, Josh, went smoothly without any issues. The property layout and amenities were as expected and provided nice, relaxing stay. I would suggest a few updates to the house manual to reflect the timing of the pool/spa heating (heat turns off at night for both), slightly better disclosure of the external security cameras around the pool/external shower on the property pictures and some updates on the interior pictures with the most recent changes. Overall, very nice property which I would visit in the future and recommend to friends/family as well.

Perfect getaway

The house was perfect. Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, good beds, well-appointed kitchen. There are lots of seating options outside and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Quiet location but close to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property was perfect to accommodate a group of friends for a relaxing weekend getaway. All the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the yard/pool area were wonderful. The property manager was communicative and helpful, and the house was very clean upon arrival (even with a welcome gift!)
