Best Vacation, Ever

Great experience from beginning to end; making the reservation, pre-trip communication & on stie support all the way through check out. Property even better than expected. Well appointed. Location great; near downtown & airport in historic neighborhood. Great to have 3 bedrooms and casita with 2 beds for the five of us. Pool, hot tub, sauna, and fire pit all awesome. Care put into the furnishings. Property clean and organized. Rob provided high level customer service/white glove concierge attention. Thanks, Rob. Comments from a couple of the other guests: “… the house was absolutely fabulous — well-appointed and perfectly on theme. Rob was by far the most helpful and responsive property manager I’ve ever worked with. When advised the first morning that the master bath toilet wasn’t usable, he sent Christian over right away. Christian had it repaired and the bathroom cleaned within 2 hours. Great, friendly service!” “Outstanding customer service. Very responsive to any issues, including going above and beyond during a local power outage to ensure we were ok and even brought lanterns. Location is quiet, yet still close to downtown and local attractions. Décor and usability of the home is excellent. Well-appointed kitchen. Practical yet stylish furnishing. LP collection is so FUN! Perfect space to relax and enjoy all that PS has to offer.”

Hummingbird Hideaway

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is much nicer then the pictures portray. The home is well stocked with everything you could ever need. The management team was very responsive with the few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future! I titled this review hummingbird hideaway as everyday while we relaxed with drinks by the pool lots of hummingbirds visited all the flowering vines along the fence.

Thanksgiving in Palm Springs

Our family rented this mid century modern home to celebrate. What a great place for family! Great facilities, location, ambience…even had Xmas decor and lights up for our stay! Would definitely recommend for your visit!!

Amazing Mid Mod

The property is exactly as described and much more! Immaculately clean mid century delight. Management team were responsive and friendly. The casita gave the kids their own space making the main house a great retreat for the parents! Highly recommend!

Fun House - Great Week

We had a great time in Palm Springs. The house was clean and just as described. It worked very well for our family of 4 and my mother. The property managers were very helpful and responsive. The owner has an incredible record collection that he shares with the guests. The separate casita was a nice bonus space for us. It has a desk and allowed my husband a convenient and private work space. We enjoyed a day at Joshua Tree (short drive), and several local hikes. The outdoor spaces are wonderful and relaxing. The grocery store is super close, and downtown Palm Springs (shopping and restaurants is nearby as well). We would definitely rent this home again and work with Relax Palm Springs rentals in the future.

Perfect getaway

We needed to relax and the Mid Mod did not disappoint. The rooms were comfortable, clean and decorated with style. The property was perfect for our girls to stay in their own space in the attached room with bathroom and kitchenette. The pool was clean and super refreshing and we loved the hot tub. The property managers were very friendly and helpful. We loved being close to downtown but not on the strip and Joshua Tree is only an hour away. Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Perfect quarantine getaway
