Eight of us stayed here for 10 days for my 50th birthday celebration in May 2025, and we absolutely loved it. The house itself is beautiful and incredibly well-equipped (the kitchen in particular is stocked with every conceivable thing you could possibly need), and the location is perfect for quick and easy access to downtown Palm Springs! It was also immaculately clean, from the floors to the linens. Communication with the property managers was prompt and easy, too. Note that the pool does not have any kind of railing to help get in or out, and does feature a rather long first step, so anyone in your party with mobility issues might need help getting in & out of the pool. That and Palm Springs' strict outside noise regulations for vacation rentals (which means no outdoor music, period, and a 10pm "curfew" for the pool) were the only things that made us pause, but as for the property itself, the surroundings, the view, the amenities -- it's all as advertised, and truly fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to reserve this place again!

We had stayed here 2 years ago and loved it and this time was juat as great! The kids loved the pool and the layout of the house is perfect for our family of 6. The property manager, robert, was helpful and was very prompt with communication. We all had a wonderful time!

We loved staying at this house. It’s roomy with high ceilings, lots of windows, large bedrooms and the most well-appointed kitchen I’ve seen in a vacation rental. The pool is lovely and the patio furniture is great for lounging. The neighborhood is very quiet and is convenient to downtown Palm Springs.

What a beautiful and extremely clean property. The house had everything we needed. Rooms were huge with their own en suites. Property gets lots of sun. The wind picks up a little in the evening but that’s just due to location.

We were five women who rented this house a year in advance. We had a year to build up our expectations and it did not disappoint. The house seemed even larger than in the photos. Was worried that the fabrics might be worn or stained, but they were still in fairly good condition. We didn't lack for any comforts. Have rented many houses, apartments, condos in the US and Europe and know what to expect as far short term rentals and can say that this one is extremely well managed and maintained. Won't hesitate to rent this one again.

This is a beautiful home. Kitchen is well equipped and linens were top of the line. Pool area is great for relaxing with a beautiful view of the mountains. Would definitely recommend this property. Hope to be back.

Our family gathered here for Christmas. We felt right at home and all we needed were groceries. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and great for walking. The pool and spa were perfect. Everyone reported comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time in the house so much, we didn’t care if we saw the rest of Palm Springs. Great find!

My wife and I booked the house along with 3 other couples. This house was perfect for the 4 couples! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and each bedroom was large. The outdoor space is amazing from the pool and spa to the putting green to the large outdoor sitting area. The location is awesome. Close to the tram, hiking and downtown Palm Springs. We have rented many houses through VRBO. We have never experienced such a well stocked kitchen before. The decor and the furniture is so nice. We would highly recommend this place for a couples get away!

My family and a friends family rented this house for weeks stay in Palm Springs. We chose it for the pool, the proximity to downtown, the style of the house and the fact it had four en suite bedrooms including the casita. All were as advertised or better. The outdoor area was a pleasant surprise as the courtyard made us feel like we were in a resort but with complete privacy. Cjay the property manager was easily accessible by text or phone and responded right away every time we had a question. The house and kitchen are particularly well stocked and the air conditioning worked very well, which is sometimes difficult in the desert when it’s summertime. We would stay again without question.

Beautiful clean home, in a lovely neighborhood, with very comfortable beds, great layout, and an awesome kitchen with everything you need to cook with family and friends. The property manager was so friendly and very attentive. You could really tell the team wanted you to enjoy your stay. My only note is that it’s a windy part of Palm Spring at times (although with the heat the breeze was welcomed). We had a fantastic stay! Thank you!!
