We had the perfect holiday get-away! The kitchen was well stocked and we couldn't get enough of the great backyard/pool area!

Great place to stay. Beautiful home and the backyard with the pool and the landscaping is pretty

We plan to book again next year. Love the location and how close it is to downtown CJay was great to work with and accommodated us with a later checkout

Fun Family Getaway

Perfect home for a family getaway. We were looking forward to spending time in the pool and the backyard exceeded our expectations! Great pool, spa, and multiple seating areas set up with a balance of sun and shade. Modern and convenient check-in process with attention to detail was a really nice plus. We would love to stay here again!

It was a terrific house and a fantastic back yard area. Very comfortable. Our host was fantastic and explained everything so our visit went smoothly. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay and were comfortable at the Murphy, however the place itself is a bit more faded than the pictures represent. Bathrooms and kitchens were in great shape, but many of the furnishings are ready to be upgraded. The pool area and back yard were lovely and comfortable and the highlight of the house, with beautiful landscaping and lights at night. An easy 5-7 minute drive to downtown. Host was easy to communicate with, accommodating, and just what you hope for when renting.

So Relaxing!

Great stay! Great communication! The home was as advertised - well stocked and that backyard is everything! It’s got a little windy a few evenings but we stayed on the windy side so expected it. Lots of nearby shopping.

Perfect vacation rental!

Stayed here for a recent family vacation and this house perfect in every way! Clean, well stocked, great amenities (such as TVs, kitchen outdoor and pool space) and booking/checkin/checkout were all excellent. It was really hot when we stayed and the AC worked well (not always the case with rentals!) and the pool was perfect, so we were very comfortable. Highly recommend this house and management company!

Perfect stay!

This is a beautiful property with outdoor living spaces that made it difficult to leave. The kitchen is stocked with everything a cook would need, the towels were oversized and the beds comfortable. The management company, Brad in particular, needs to be commended for their quick communication, personal touch, and flexibility. A wonderful rental and stay!

Soccer Tournament Trip

The property was great, everything worked and was as described in the listing. Professional management and high end amenities in every aspect of the home. The location of the house was OK, the actual property was fantastic, really liked everything about it including high end grill, heated pool, upgraded bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Perfect getaway in Palm Springs

The house is beautiful comfortable and clean. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. We love drinking coffee in the morning on the backyard lounge chairs and floating in the pool during the day. Quick Uber to all the restaurants and activities. House is in a quiet neighborhood. Love all the amenities. We would definitely book this house again.

Great little property

Centrally located and well appointed with everything you need. The backyard is small but really well laid out with great amenities. It is quite close to the airport but we didn't really notice it after the first day. Very responsive property manager.Only complaint was that the floor and furniture outside was flifthy. It didnt take long to clean but hopefully for the next guests it will be fixed.

Backyard oasis

Our family had a great stay over the holidays. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the backyard in the pool and hot tub. The house was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and linens were of good quality and clean. We appreciated the high end BBQ and were so happy to have use of the outdoor heater the one night we dined alfresco. The location was very convenient to the highway but a little bit of a drive to all the restaurants and shops downtown. The living room set up was perfect for playing card games and working on our puzzle at night. Would be happy to stay again and hope to be back soon.

Lovely desert getaway spot

I stayed here with some friends to celebrate new years. Slept 6 adults comfortably, and we made ample use of the hot tub and pool. Very mellow neighborhood overall, if a little “far” from downtown Palm Springs. Great view of the mountain from the living room window. Clean and comfortable, with a small yet well-appointed kitchen. Thoughtful plastic wear to use by the pool, and the lounge area in the back with the space heater was charming. Hosts were very responsive to check in process and requests. Overall, a delight!

Perfect for Furry Friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this property, took our border collie and lab/shepher, 4 teenagers, and they all LOVED it! The pool is the perfect size, and the back yard area is both luxurious and serene. The only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t make any noise after 10PM per rules/threats of fines but I think that’s a local law? When you’re on vacation you don’t really want a curfew to your own backyard.
