Great little property

Centrally located and well appointed with everything you need. The backyard is small but really well laid out with great amenities. It is quite close to the airport but we didn't really notice it after the first day. Very responsive property manager.Only complaint was that the floor and furniture outside was flifthy. It didnt take long to clean but hopefully for the next guests it will be fixed.

So Relaxing!

Great stay! Great communication! The home was as advertised - well stocked and that backyard is everything! It’s got a little windy a few evenings but we stayed on the windy side so expected it. Lots of nearby shopping.

Fun Family Getaway

Perfect home for a family getaway. We were looking forward to spending time in the pool and the backyard exceeded our expectations! Great pool, spa, and multiple seating areas set up with a balance of sun and shade. Modern and convenient check-in process with attention to detail was a really nice plus. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect vacation rental!

Stayed here for a recent family vacation and this house perfect in every way! Clean, well stocked, great amenities (such as TVs, kitchen outdoor and pool space) and booking/checkin/checkout were all excellent. It was really hot when we stayed and the AC worked well (not always the case with rentals!) and the pool was perfect, so we were very comfortable. Highly recommend this house and management company!

Backyard oasis

Our family had a great stay over the holidays. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the backyard in the pool and hot tub. The house was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and linens were of good quality and clean. We appreciated the high end BBQ and were so happy to have use of the outdoor heater the one night we dined alfresco. The location was very convenient to the highway but a little bit of a drive to all the restaurants and shops downtown. The living room set up was perfect for playing card games and working on our puzzle at night. Would be happy to stay again and hope to be back soon.

Perfect getaway in Palm Springs

The house is beautiful comfortable and clean. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. We love drinking coffee in the morning on the backyard lounge chairs and floating in the pool during the day. Quick Uber to all the restaurants and activities. House is in a quiet neighborhood. Love all the amenities. We would definitely book this house again.

Perfect stay!

This is a beautiful property with outdoor living spaces that made it difficult to leave. The kitchen is stocked with everything a cook would need, the towels were oversized and the beds comfortable. The management company, Brad in particular, needs to be commended for their quick communication, personal touch, and flexibility. A wonderful rental and stay!

Lovely desert getaway spot

I stayed here with some friends to celebrate new years. Slept 6 adults comfortably, and we made ample use of the hot tub and pool. Very mellow neighborhood overall, if a little “far” from downtown Palm Springs. Great view of the mountain from the living room window. Clean and comfortable, with a small yet well-appointed kitchen. Thoughtful plastic wear to use by the pool, and the lounge area in the back with the space heater was charming. Hosts were very responsive to check in process and requests. Overall, a delight!

Soccer Tournament Trip

The property was great, everything worked and was as described in the listing. Professional management and high end amenities in every aspect of the home. The location of the house was OK, the actual property was fantastic, really liked everything about it including high end grill, heated pool, upgraded bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Backyard Oasis

Great house and very comfortable. The backyard was incredible. Landscaping, pool, and lighting made it very relaxing. Sitting outside at night and listening to the wind in the palm trees, combined with the lightning was definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip. No complaints about the house at all. The outdoor music laws in PS are a definite bummer though.

If we decided to return to Palm Springs we would rent this property again.

Good location. Easy drive to downtown and activities. For the money we thought this was a good value. The house is in good shape and the kitchen is well supplied with everything you need for cooking. The best feature is the back yard area. Great pool and hot tub, good cooking area with a very nice gas grill and lots of outdoor furniture if you have guests as we did. Also, the property management company was the best we have seen in some time. Not that we had issues, but they helped us get the TV's working and figuring out the thermostat.

Disappointed

We were so excited to arrive and enjoy this property. Quickly we noticed the house and pool deck and deck furniture had not been thoroughly cleaned. Very disappointing. When we contacted the managers ( a little piece of information for future renters , this property is part of large rental portfolio. Not a single owner) whom were very condensending and told me I was wrong. We asked to have the cleaning crew come back to clean , we were met with rudeness. We ended up wiping down the furniture, floors and kitchen area totally. Not to mention our third day in the landscapers show up with blowers to blow off the patio deck, which blew the dust and leaves all over the patio. Was not feeling up to calling the management team as the last call I was told “ I am trying to be as patient with as possible, I will not listen to your mistruths any longer” I would not recommend any properties this group manages .

Great house for a Palm Springs vacation

We loved this house! It was in great shape. Everything was there as advertised. The house was clean and had the essential items we needed. It is close to the airport, but you don't hear airport noise. And it is very close to downtown PS and the other attractions such as golfing and the aerial teams. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
