This is such an amazing house. A classic Palm Springs mid century modern home that instantly transports you to a different era of American history. This house will be my first choice whenever I visit Palm Springs in the future. Thanks for having us!

Winter get away

Perfect Palms Springs MidCentury Gem

We loved our stay here, the house is beautifully decorated midcentury style and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for al fresco dinners. The outdoor space was perfect for our family, with a lovely outdoor dining area, a pool, and, of course, the putting green and bocce court which everyone enjoyed. Also the property managers were super responsive and helpful -- we couldn’t have chosen a better spot for our Palm Springs vacation.

Beautiful backyard

This was my second stay at this property, and again we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The backyard is so inviting and well maintained. We did have a small issue with the hot tub heat. Seems the heat was turned off inadvertently but the management responded quickly and heat was turned back on. We stayed a couple weeks and felt we could use more options in 2 of the 3 bedrooms for storage of personal items, clothing, etc. Overall it was great and I would definitely return.

Nice - but needs outside shade area

The house was nice and clean but only had 2 umbrellas which made being outdoors at many times during the day a constant effort to keep moving the umbrellas to stay shaded. Extending the roof or adding an awning would really make the outdoor area much better.

Convenient Location

What an amazing experience dealing with the property management company. Upon arrival we were greeted by Brad who was smiling and eager to show us everything. The location was so convenient for us to be able to explore all corners of Palm Springs. The house has a wall mounted tablet (something ive never seen before) with details about the house and property rules. It was also preset with travel and food recommendations. At check-in we were informed of a few issues with the pool heaters and had someone working on it for the first 3 days. We were in constant communication and knew once it had been fixed. We enjoyed the outdoor space and its perfectly set up.

Great house that feels like home

We are lovers of mid century modern homes and this little gem was a delight to stay in. It was perfect for two couples, some working some not. The location was pretty perfect for us. Easy to get to bars and restaurants. Close to Old Las Palmas and The Movie Colony if you are interested in looking at architecture.. And we had a heated pool that was perfect for us. Getting to Joshua Tree was very easy as well. We had a couple of hiccups but the management was on it right away. Highly recommend this spot.

Perfect in every way

From start to finish, we were pleased in every way. The home was clean, a great layout and perfect for our group. The back yard was like a mini resort, clean pool and spa, putting green, bocce ball and lots of seating, in and out of the sun. And, don’t forget the misters!! The beds were comfortable, equal to a very nice hotel. The management company was super responsive and professional. This is a great property

Totally relaxing vacation

Everything you need to relax in the sun is steps out the backdoor. Did not expect the over the top mountain views plus palm springs has a lot of things to do. Just a relaxing but interesting place to vacation. Relax palm springs team were fantastic to work with.

Comfortable, unexpectedly fun and quiet stay

Convenient location for exploring Joshua Tree National Park and enjoying Palm Springs (at night). The mid-century modern decor was unexpectedly fun and refreshing (think Mad Men!). The listing photos used wide angle lens distortion which was a bit disappointing.

Just As Described

Property looked exactly look the pictures. Stayed for a long weekend with family and it had everything we needed. The location is perfect (2nd time staying in the Racquet Club). Check in was seamless. Amenities were great. House was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Property Management was excellent and timely to satisfy all our needs. I will say the pictures do make the property appear much larger than in person. That said, location is excellent to everything downtown and the backyard was our oasis.

Hot hot hot! But also, cool!

We booked this wonderful property months ago, but when we showed up in June, it was during one of the hottest weeks on record! Thank goodness for the perfect pool, the outdoor misters, and the A/C! We had a great stay for a week, lounging both outdoors and in. We slept really well in the very comfortable beds and the linens were so soft, I found myself looking at the tags so we could get them for our home! The indoor towels were especially thick and the pool towels were perfect to keep outside--and they dried nearly instantly! Having a washing machine was helpful since we were there a week, and we used it, though didn't use the dryer, just hung things over chairs outside to dry. The ice maker on the fridge was a lifesaver. We used the outdoor grill a few times (yes, even in 117 degrees!) and it worked beautifully to grill up some burgers and carne asada. When we booked, we were excited there's a park just around the block (we were with our 4 and 8-year-old children), but it was way too hot to play at the park--other families at a different time of year may really enjoy that brief walk, but we could barely leave the house without going straight into the pool! There were a few things we needed our first day, and the Relax Palm Springs staff was super accommodating and our texts were always answered in a timely manner. We loved the keyless entry, which made check in and out really easy. Thank you, we had such a great time! We would absolutely stay here again!

Good location, description not quite accurate.

Overall, we did enjoy our stay. However, there were several discrepancies between the listing and what we found upon check-in. Pros: Location was close to airport, grocery and town. Property management company was responsive and easy to work with. Space was adequate for 4 people. Misters on the patio were a lifesaver in the heat and allowed us to enjoy the outdoor space. The house was cute where it had been updated. Lots of potential. Cons: House was partially updated, but areas that weren't updated showed significant wear and tear. While the house sleeps 6, it would be really tight if there were 3 couples sharing the house as both bathrooms are tiny. The backyard has zero shade and property owner doesn't provide any umbrellas. The outdoor setting in the photos does not reflect the worn and broken furniture we found when we arrived. Two of the lounger chairs were completely broken, as was the only sun shade. The photos also showed a sunbed, but we didn't see any sign of such furniture. Once we realized there was broken patio furniture, I contacted the property management company to report it. They knew of the existing damage and had notified the owner already. While the property owner has no control over the weather, travelers should know that this area frequently has higher winds than other areas of Palm Springs.

Golf Getaway

The house was great for a couples golf getaway. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and putting green. The chaise furniture needs to be replaced as only two of the four chairs pictured were useable. We enjoyed the fire pit and having use of the grill.
