Check in was very easy. Key was exactly where Robert said it would be. The kitchen was very well stocked. Anything you could need was there. The back yard is amazing. From the pool to the cabana area to the other seating areas, everything was just as pictured. I would definitely stay here again.

Palm Springs Oasis

This place was everything we wanted for our stay, we were here for a birthday weekend celebration for my son and his fiancee. The location was spectacular, so close to all of the fun Palm Springs areas, shopping and great restaurants. The home was stunning and clean, just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the decor. The outdoor area is huge, it has plenty of seating and enough shaded areas to be comfortable. We used the pool daily, which was so refreshing in the late-July heat. Yhey supplied enough towels, including ones for the pool.The kitchen had everything we needed, including spices, charcuterie boards and all kinds of snack trays which were wonderful extra touches. Excellent communication and we even got a tour to show us all the amenities and how to use them I look forward to our next visit! I would stay here again in an instant. Thanks for a wonderful property and stay!

The Perfect Place

Usually, when you see pics of properties for short term rentals it doesn’t always turn out to be an accurate reflection in real life - BUT that is not the case with this property. Everything is not only just as the photos showcase but I think it is even better in real life. The house has a beautiful pool that was warm enough to swim in at anytime of the day or night. There are whimsical elements like the swing seats and the mini golf putting area that my kids loved, the whole backyard was well maintained. The grill was in excellent working order, and the house was up to date as well as amazingly clean.The property management was very easy to reach and communicative about check in/out. Everything truly was perfect and we all had a wonderful time enjoying the house. I hope to visit again someday.

Overall good. Had issues with the outdoor umbrellas. Should have been 4 only 2 and both were broken. Hot tub needs attention pillows in tub are falling apart. Planet room needs some blinds on the upper windows unless you want to be up at 5 am on vacation

The main draw to this property is the backyard- truly made for those wanting to spend a lot of time outside. A pool, a hot tub, swings, putting green, grill, ample space for dining Al fresco. All amenities were used plentifully by our family during our stay. The host was attentive and easily accessible. The kitchen had all the basic necessities. WiFi, TV, ac/heating, laundry facilities, etc. all worked properly without issue.we will absolutely return and would recommend to friends.

2023 Vacation

This is a very cool place to stay. The only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is because the hot tub was not usable at all. We did not care because we were there when it was too hot anyway, but something that they should stay on top of. They give you a tentative idea as to when the gardeners and pool people show up so beware if you are sunbathing because they just walk right on in. They do get in and out pretty fast. We would definitely stay there again!!

The Pool Beats the Heat

Amazing Palm Springs Getaway!

Me and my 3 friends rented this property for a little girls getaway trip at the end of last month. We were more than impressed with everything! The house was clean and had everything we needed as well as decorated very well. We felt very relaxed and at home and spent our days relaxing by the pool, watching Netflix, shopping, hiking, eating and sipping cocktails. I suggest renting a car but really the house is in a location which was pretty close to the downtown area. I was very impressed with how easy the check in process was and the communication with the property manager. If I had to say one negative thing it would be the noise ordinance policy. This apparently is city wide so no reflection on this property itself. Music can't be played outside EVER and only inside with the doors and windows closed at a very low volume. Point being if you're looking to bring your young kids/teens or anything more than just a relaxing getaway you may not want to book a VRBO at all in Palm Springs. For us though, it was absolutely perfect and we'd definitely come back!

Such a wonderful time

Summer Fun!

The house was perfect for the six of us! Close proximity to everything, downtown, the Tram and the Casino. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool, grilling and a little golf. Everything about this house screams FUN!!!!
