Family get away

The property was great for three generations of family to enjoy each other, and the amenities with ease. Robert (property manager) was so responsive and easy to communicate with when questions arose. He even made fun dinner suggestions that worked for the children and grandparent. We would definitely return.

Clean, Well Stocked Vacation Home

This was our second stay in this great house. We will go back without hesitation. A few key points: The house is exceptionally clean and well stocked. Great bath amenities, cooks kitchen with everything necessary (and more). House is also set up for outdoor living. Backyard is great. Nice eating area, fire pit. Pool and Hot Tub are terrific. Nice chairs and umbrellas. And, again, not to belabor this, but everything is clean and works. For folks that stay in a lot of rental vacation homes that is the holy grail. Also, importantly, the property management team is on point--very responsive. If something is broken or not exactly right, they'll take care of it. Highly recommended.

Perfect Stay and Perfect Anniversary!

This house was everything we had hoped for and more! Great location in town, beautiful exterior and interior, interior design was fun and well thought out, fully stocked kitchen to cook in, fun pool/patio, and property management was SUPER friendly and accommodating. Let’s Flamingle

The Flamingo house in Palm Spring is fantastic. It is a stylish Mid-Century Modern home that is well appointed, comfortable, and has plenty of space to entertain. My friends and I had the best time relaxing by the pool, making delicious meals in the kitchen, and catching up around the fire pit at night. The rooms are very spacious and welcoming. This was a great stay for my friends and I for the week.

Best vibe, amazing house.

Beautiful house. The process was so easy. The host company was excellent and the house had no detail forgotten. Everything you need is there! It is in the windy end of Palm Springs so bring in the umbrellas! The wind picks up fast. Very quiet area, great for our 5 friends who love to chill, cook and explore. Max 5 to 10 min drive to anywhere in PS. Expect to pay almost double to listed rates by the time taxes and fees are in but worth every penny.

Retirement celebration

Went for an entire week to celebrate my best friend’s retirement. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and pool. Had the most restful sleep after a day of shopping and had dinner with friends in La Quinta and Palm Desert.

Nice place. Little tired poolside furniture

We had a lovely time at this home. It started off not so great w a flooded shower that flooded water all the way to the bedrooms. Maintenance came within an hour or so, brought additional towels because we used every towel in the house to wash them. I thought that we should have been provided with more then 3 rolls of TP for a three bedroom home for a week. Home was nice. Pillows and lawn furniture desperately need to be replaced. They were stained and ripped up. I am a single mom who took three teenagers 16,16,17 and they had a great time in the pool. Overall We would go back. Beds were comfy and everyone really enjoyed the stay. Also best thick lux towels.

seemed like a staged property waiting to be sold. On a street with a number of houses boarded up

not great. Too many pink flamingoes and dirty cushions and tired outside furniture. microwave, washer dryer, and dishwasher didn't seem to work....

Wonderful Stay!

We had four people in our group and the house was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. The outdoor space was the prefect afternoon relaxation spot after morning hikes. We highly recommend this house for your Palm Springs vacation.

Best Thanksgiving ever

My parents and sister decided to meet up here to celebrate Thanksgiving with my husband, daughter, and I. So we had 3 generations under one roof and the house was perfect. The pool and hot tub were great and the views of the mountains from the backyard are stunning. We found the house to be extremely well-equipped; every appliance you can think of was available to us. I can't wait to come back!

Fantastic Week in Palm Springs!!

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic week at this house. It was everything as described and more, privacy!! The pictures are very accurate and the property was immaculate. We loved having our own private pool and hot tub, such a treat for us and we took advantage of them everyday. Great fire pit, nice seating area, just an awesome backyard space. The house is older but kept up and very clean. Garage parking and close to everything, airport, freeway, Palm Springs shops, grocery, etc. Two takeaways that do not effect our rating, the UTube TV channels don't have all of the channels we are used to or watch ( may not be a big deal to others but I missed watching CNN and NFL) and the master bed mattress is very firm. We thoroughly enjoyed the property, had excellent communications with the prop mgr before, during and for close up, and we will stay here again next time we're in town.

The Perfect Place!

This is it! Our new go-to spot in Palm Springs! This house is super comfortable, super clean, and has pretty much everything you need to chill out or entertain friends. The kitchen is incredibly stocked (you can pretty much do a gourmet cooking show here) Ice cream maker? check! instapot? check! you name it, its here. The pool and backyard is absolutely dreamy. Beds are super comfy, linens and towels are super nice too. Management team is excellent, easy check in and out. Simply put A+++ We will be back!

Such a delightful house

My son, husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The house was immaculate on arrival. The pool and spa were great. Outdoor space perfect for our two dogs. Plus, we really appreciated all the amenities.

All the comforts of home

I did a one month rental here. Most rental homes are stay-able, not livable. But this place comes with all the comforts of home. Very comfortable living and sleeping spaces and the kitchen was very well stocked! Property management was generally responsive, but be aware that they aren't on call to come out to respond to pool cleaning and maintenance issues on the weekends.

WOW! All you will need is a toothbrush, toothpaste, bathing suit, clean undies (if you wear them)!

This house had everything from spices to an ice cream machine!!! The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful mountain views!! Plenty of places to lounge outside and toys for the kiddos - no matter their age!

Wonderful!!

Our group of 6 retired adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures are totally accurate, the property had everything we needed, it was so clean and the manager answered any question we had. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect! We often spend time in Palm Springs and it will be at the top of our list to check out for next time!!
