Amazing backyard and pool

We had a relaxing and enjoyable time in the pool and outdoor space with our family. It was very hot and we spent most of our days in the pool. The outdoor kitchen also worked very well, and we used the grill almost daily. The A/C in the house kept up even on some 120+ degree days! The location of the house provided easy access to groceries, restaurants and local attractions. The location is on a fairly busy road, which wasn't really noticeable, but something to be aware of if you are sensitive to traffic noise or have a dog that likes to bolt out the front door! The road noise in the back yard and pool area is audible, but not something we found to be at all an issue. All in all an A+ experience!

Great Spot!

House is exactly as pictured and conveniently located. It has great energy, views, and landscaping. We spent more time relaxing at the house than originally anticipated. The only drawback is that the street is busy/loud, but we got used to it and would stay at the house again.

Great location and great property

We had a great time during our recent stay. The house is very well appointed and the pool and spa area are spacious and quiet and well laid out. Everything went well from the booking to the check-in to the check-out process. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Great yard but poorly looked after...........

The property was overall as per the advertising. The problem was with the lack of gardening in the back yard. Large yellow flower parkinsonia trees (not shown in the advertisement). These trees drop incredible amounts of flowers on the ground that never got cleaned up. The sap then sticks to your feet and tracks in the house. The hot tub and one toilet were reported to have problems that no one tended to. Would not return.

Amazing rental!

The house is immaculate and very comfortable. Proximity to airport cannot be beat, grocery/pharmacy minutes away by car, fantastic location! Pool and hot tub were very well heated and clean, we were very impressed by both the size and depth of the pool! Would definitely stay here again and many thanks to the Relax team for being so professional and responsive whenever we needed anything!!!

Serenity & outdoor haven

This house, while modest in size was full of positive energy~ The view was exceptional. The yoga studio was enjoyed by our college daughter. The pool by ALL! Loved that it has a true deep end. The various sitting locations, bar and fire pit were all used. We felt the Hal yard was planned and layed out with perfect thought. The fire pit gas was difficult to control in the wind gusts and the hot tub could have been maintained better but the pool, balance of exterior space and interior all were VERY clean and a delight to SFSU in. The stream of sunshine and Mountain View from the house never got old and the master bed and comforter were sooo comfortable! Would highly recommend.! The staff we communicated with were soo thorough @ Relax and they made it soo easy and appealing to come back by making check in and limited requirements at vacation checkout a breeze Would love to return! Thanks again!

Wonderful Place. Incredible Location.

This was our first venture out of our bubble post Covid pandemic and we just had a blast. The house was clean and comfortable and a very easy home to vacation in. The outdoor area was wonderful and felt resort-like. We loved it.

Prefect place to chill and unwind

Our stay at this property was exactly what we needed, relaxation and an escape for the crazy world we are currently living in. Well equipped house, with lovely pool, BBQ and yard. Only recommendation would be if you’re not an early riser than bring a eye mask as the rooms are bright early.

We had a great time. My family thoroughly enjoyed the house, the pool and the spa. The home was beautifully decorated and the location was super convenient. We'd certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Palm Springs getaway.

Sun-tastic!

Brand new patio/pool area that gets full sun all day. Plenty of umbrellas and areas to seek shade if that’s what you’re looking for, but coming from the frozen north for winter R&R, sunshine was just what the doctor ordered. Being on a primary PS street, there is some road noise, but not overly objectionable. House is laid out very well with plenty of space to spread out, including a den with its own TV off the living room which might be useful for families. Comfortable furniture, nicely equipped kitchen, but we really spent most of our time outside. Upside of being on a primary street is easy and quick access to everything. 5-10 minutes to hiking (we hit the jackpot, spending 30 minutes watching 20+ Bighorn sheep grazing at the top of South Lykken Trail). Also 5-10 minutes to downtown for shopping, restaurants, etc. Very easy check-in, friendly property manager... prompt replies via text when needed. We’ve stayed at several houses in Palm Springs which, for a variety of reasons, weren’t available this year. Turns out we have a new favorite.... we’ll be back!
