Nice pool and clean property

Great place to stay as a family. We came in summer when the weather was over 100 degress each day. The pool was refreshing and the AC worked great. The property had all the essentials for cooking. We also appreciated the nicer towels and sheets than you typically find in a rental property. The management team was clear about the rules and did a great job letting us know when services like pool cleaning and gardening were scheduled, so we could plan around it. The only downsides were the showers were a bit quirky to operate. Not really a big deal after we figured them out though.

Thought of Everything

We came her for my sister's birthday. It was almost perfect. But no real complaints that stopped the fun having. It fit our needs and they thought of everything regarding the pool area (shower, bathroom, BBQ, fridge, sink, shaded seating area, lounge chairs to get our tan on). The shower had a clog but it was just slow to drain so it wasn't a complete inconvenience. The outside bathroom didn't completely close but was still super convenient so people didn't have to go to the bathroom inside while they were wet. We just had to let people know that someone was in the bathroom. Robert, who was very responsive, said he would make sure the issues would be addressed. One thing, I would have liked a heads up for, was the pool cleaner that came one day and the gardeners that came the next day. It's no big deal if they needed access. I just worried about the dogs getting out and one of our dogs isn't good with complete strangers.

Bel endroit pour relaxer en famille

L’endroit est super puisqu’il y a tout pour relaxer. L’espace est bien conçu. Le quartier est tranquille et vraiment familiale. La seule chose je dirais que l’air climatisé est bruyante mais acceptable.

Cozy mid-century home with great outdoor features

Beautifully landscaped and well-appointed. The backyard was a great spot to hang, swim, grill, drink and relax in any weather. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Wonderful stay!

Had a girls trip to the house and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The outdoor set up was excellent from the pool, to the hot tub to the outdoor kitchen. The home was clean and the kitchen well Stocked. The service from the management company was exceptional! Highly recommend this property and the company!

Wonderful place

We came to Palm Springs for my daughters 16th birthday with two of her friends. This place was amazing. The outdoor area was amazing. Pool was refreshing and clean. We had so much fun. Great location. Property manager was very responsive and kind! Highly recommend this property!!

Great home away from home

We stayed for a week and loved it. Within walking distance to town, great views and great neighborhood for walking and running. The pool was great. Perfect Palm Springs getaway

We loved our stay in this beautiful midcentury rambler in an excellent, quiet, residential neighborhood. The location was perfect as we were close to shops and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. The house was beautiful and very comfortable and the yard was gorgeous. The pool and hot tub were heated perfectly and we looked forward to getting back there each night to relax after a fun day exploring and golfing. Highly recommend this beautiful property. Communication with the property managers was excellent.

Great spot for a friends weekend

This was a great spot for a friends weekend. We were staying together and away from the public during Covid and this house had everything to make a social distanced stay comfortable. near grocery store so we were able to do one big shop and forget about going out in public for the rest of the weekend. Only complaint is the hot tub was finicky. Working well one day, then the coldest day (55 degrees) it just stopped heating up. Otherwise a great stay. Rental company was very responsive when I left an article of clothing at the house after exit and found it and shipped it back to me. very grateful for their efforts.

Beautiful Outdoor Space

Home was comfortable. But concrete floors in bedrooms were not so nice. Noise travels and kitchen is showing some significant wear. But we loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor eating lounging areas.

Great stay in a beautifully decorated and landscaped home and yard

We had a lovely stay at the PS Butterfly. The house and yard are beautifully decorated and landscaped. Our family really enjoyed the outdoor covered living space. We spent hours soaking in the hot tub and frolicking in the pool. At night there was plenty of room for our family of 6 to gather around the TV and watch a show or two. As the head cook and bottle washer, I found the kitchen to be a terrific working space with all the tools and utensils I required. Scott at Relax Palm Springs was great but we never really needed to call for assistance; everything was set up and ready for us.
