The house is just as pictured, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of activities inside and outside, enjoyed both the pool and hot tub, be aware that it is located in an area that can get windy at times. Host was great! Close to downtown areas. Side note, could use a few more bath and kitchen towels and a cutting board

Blue Mirage House

House was as described, good location, close to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. Outdoor amenities were perfect; firepit, ping pong table, barbecue, outdoor dining table, outdoor seating, hammock, and especially the pool! The property manager Brad was very pleasant and helpful, even recommending some fabulous restaurants. The only negative was that it was very windy. We will definitely be booking this property again!

Two week stay

We were a group of 6 (4 adults and two kids) and stayed here for two sun-filled weeks. The backyard area is WONDERFUL. We enjoyed playing in the pool everyday and all the amenities the backyard had to offer. It's truly a little oasis. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The indoor living areas were comfortable and accommodating for our group of 6. The reason I'm rating it a 4 is due to the beds and bathrooms. The queen beds were too hard for my elderly parents (they bought a blow-up mattress to put on top and that fixed the problem). We all agreed that the bathrooms could use some work in one way or another. However, the reasonable nightly rate and the wonderful backyard area helped us overlook these needed improvements.

Relaxing Desert Oasis

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a getaway weekend. The property was as advertised - beautiful and relaxing. Our host was professional and responsive at all times. The location was great - 5 minutes to town. I was able to jog to town and back in the morning, then hop in the hot tub to zen out. Amazing stay, thank you.

Perfect week at the Blue Mirage

Had a perfect week at the blue mirage enjoying a week of rest and relaxation. Brad the property manager was excellent, explained the property at check in and said he was available at all times for questions/ concerns. Highly recommend having a massage therapist come to the house to enhance the week. My wife and I come to Palm Springs 1-2 times per year and this by far has been our best experience.

Everything and more!

This house was perfect for four of us (a couple, a teen and her friend) for the lovely week we spent in PS. It had all the amenities you could ask for - and then you also get a putting green, ping pong table, outdoor grill and bar and hammock to enjoy. Brad (property agent) couldn't be more friendly and responsive. It's a place we all want to come back to!

Gorgeous house

The house was great from the start, we checked in quickly and everything was as listed. The pool was fantastic and warmed already for us when we arrived, which was great since it was a little chilly outside. My husband loved the putting green and ping pong table. Quick trip to the tram and to Joshua tree from the house. The only downside is that with having a 5 year old playing in the pool there are some serious noise restrictions which can seem a little excessive for small kids. But that’s the entire area and not just this one house. Overall we would easily book again.

Awesome Spot

This property was great for our family of 4 (2 teens) with pool, hot tub, putting green and table tennis. The pool was very warm, which was welcome in January! The house was a great layout and really well set up kitchen with lots of tools, knives (that actually cut!) and other comforts of home. Would definitely stay again!

Great house for a family!

This has been my best experience with VRBO yet. The property was clean, the house has a great lay out, and the yard is incredible! The house also came with a lot of indoor games which the kids loved. The pool noodles have seen better days but I imagine the sun/heat destroys them quickly. We brought along a few inflatable pool toys which I'd definitely recommend :) Gregg with the property management company was so helpful in supplying us with an extension cord during our stay so my husband was able to set up an office space and work remotely during part of the trip. The cleaning fee was quite a bit higher compared to other VRBO I've stayed at in the past, however (unlike the other places) we didn't have a huge list of chores to do at the end of our vacation. We are a tidy family in general, and I felt the requests made were very minimal and reasonable. I would love to see the house updated to include hook ups for an electric car, especially since the house has solar already! I highly recommend this property and hope to come back in the future!

Great Place

Beautiful house and backyard - the pool and spa are lovely and heat up very quickly! We got unlucky with a wind advisory while there and the wind was very intense, making the outdoor space unusable for half the week which was a bummer. Nothing anyone can do about it though. The house was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a group.

Family Time

We had a great experience on the property and the property manager was great. The house was in nice shape and bedroom were comfortable. The 2nd bathroom did not be be updated but the outside pool area was perfect.

Great property north of down town

We enjoyed a two-month stay here in winter, 2022. The photos accurately reflect the property. We wanted a home with a backyard that we loved being in, to enjoy the sunshine, as well as an interior space that was easy to live with for two months, an aesthetic viewpoint. Thus property fit the bill. The green hedges around the property were especially nice. The property management company was superb. Very responsive, engaged, professional, smart, and friendly. Our few minor requests were handled within hours. We now appreciate the importance of having that kind of oversight for extended stays.

Excellent Vrbo experience in Palm Springs

This is an excellent property to visit for your Palm Springs vacation. It has easy access to all the area has to offer (downtown areas, air museum, great food and entertainment, Joshua Tree National Park), is located in a quiet neighborhood (although it seems all of Palm Springs is a rather quiet vacation spot). Because we visited during the summer season, with the temps in the 110's, the pool was so important and refreshing. Ample provided shade allowed our party to enjoy the pool any time of day, even with the extreme heat. The house itself is well appointed with every-day amenities and is very comfortable.

Amazing!

We loved everything about this place! The living space is so perfect. Open, bright, inviting. the outdoor space was incredible. I think we used every part of it. The putting green and ping pong table were a lot of fun with our 8 year old and . We used the pool day and night as well as the hot tub. The BBQ was easy to use and cooked great. We cannot say enough great things about this property. And the propter management was incredible. We had one issue with a toilet and they were quick to respond and quick to have someone out to fix it. We are trying to see when we can book our next stay there!

Comfy PS vacay with an A+++ backyard!

We spent a week at PS Blue Mirage in July. We didn't leave the house during our vacay, except for a quick grocery trip at the beginning. It was so relaxing! Highlights were: 1. Apple TVs in master and living room, so we could cast videos and games to the TV. Many of the apps are loaded on the Apple TV's (Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Showtime, HBO, etc.), but the Apple TV itself is a little old, so not all of the apps were up-to-date and some couldn't run. No matter... we just streamed to the phone over Wifi and cast to the TV. No problem. 2. We asked to turn the pool heat off and afterwards, the temperature was perfect! It was 115 outside during our stay, so the pool became a refuge during the stay. There was a float and a noodle onsite, and we brought our own toys with us. 3. Convection oven! I'm a sourdough baker, so I loved getting to make bread in the convection oven. 4. Location was great. It took no time to get to downtown Palm Springs, where we went once. Very easy location for getting around PS. 5. Privacy. The hedge in the backyard is 8-10 feet high. No one is looking in at you - total privacy. Go ahead and get naked in that awesome outdoor shower. 6. There's a nice outdoor grill with in-line gas. Worked great. 7. The house never got too hot; the AC worked great. 8. Outdoor furniture was oversized and very comfy. We even brought a few of the chairs inside, because they were so comfy. 9. Dog friendly! The house has concrete floors throughout (with rugs and carpeted bedrooms), so pet accidents would be no big deal. (We didn't have any.) Our golden retriever loved the property and immediately made herself at home. Day after day, we had a happy dog who's begging us to take her back. 10. Yard amenities: putting green, ping pong, shady hammock, and 2 shady beds for lounging. This yard is perfect for some serious R and R and we took full advantage of it. 11. Customer service from Relax PS. We didn't find a coffee grinder... BOOM! Delivered! The coffee maker leaked and I reported it... BOOM! New coffee maker delivered! Honestly, the staff at Relax PS, who manage this property, is incredibly responsive. This was our 2nd time renting one of their properties and they are the best. Everything is set up perfectly. The check-in process is meticulous and helpful, and if there's a problem, they fix it immediately. I can't say enough good things about the comfy Blue Mirage and the staff who felt like personal concierges. Thank you to Relax PS!!!

Excellent Outdoor Living

We chose this property due to the wonderful backyard as our intention was to do a lot of lounging around during our stay. Boy did it deliver! The pool is a nice size with lots of lounge chairs/umbrellas and the hot tub heats up quickly. We enjoyed using the floaties, the hammock, putting green and table tennis - never got to the fire pit due to windy nights but it looked nice. It really was a wonderful space to hang out with ample seating and lounging spots. Too bad you can't have parties because this backyard is really wonderful. The house is well stocked with everything you need: nice towels and bedding, full functioning kitchen and dishware/utensils and ample soaps and paper products. There are a couple of minor things that need fixing but it's just due to general wear and tear and given the way the managers responded to us I'm sure they will be taken care of. The neighborhood is a little odd - on the edge of town almost to the wind farms which means we had some pretty windy days (welcome when it was so hot) but the nearness to everything was perfect (10 minutes to airport / 5 minutes to downtown Palm Springs). We had a really great time at this property!

Great family vacation for remote working and lounging

Our family had a great stay. We stayed for a little over a week and all worked remote from here. The backyard & pool are so nice. Only downside is the location tends to be very windy. Would still highly recommend

Great family retreat

This was a wonderful spot for a family working vacation. The home's layout provided enough space for my husband and I to work and our 2 kids to do remote school. Property managers were attentive via text and it's a great idea to put the house manual online - I just wish it had included a few more instructions like how to work the thermostat, TV, etc. Kitchen was pretty well equipped though we missed having a toaster :) The real gem of this property is the gorgeous backyard, though - it is incredible! Super private, lovely pool/hot tub and lots of other fun amenities as well as lots of thoughtfully laid out space. We loved it!
